Location was really good. Hotel is 5min drive away from Kitzbuhel city center and few minutes on foot to lake where you can enjoy nice morning or afternoon walks. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. We really liked the vibe of the hotel with smaller number of hotel rooms. Thus, if you look for quite place where to stay, this is it. Hotel's restaurant was also nice with tasty dishes.

I am not a fan of super soft mattresses. After few nights, you will start feeling your back :( however, this is a personal experience and feeling. Same for pillows.

The hotel is located next to the Schwarzsee, in a peaceful and quiet area. Our room had access to a balcony with a fantastic view over the lake. The hotel is wonderfully designed and we felt right at home. The owners were very kind and helpful, it was very easy to check in and our laundry was done at the same day. To get to the cable car, we could just take the free shuttle offered by the hotel, which was super easy. In the evening we enjoyed the sauna area, which was also beautifully designed and perfectly equipped. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of different choices. Our highlight was definitely the food even tho we only had an appetizer at the bar, it was exquisite. Next time we will definitely book a table for dinner!

Loved the heated floors in the bathroom, especially after a day on the slopes. Amazing surroundings for walks around, nice view from the room. City centre or the lake accessible by foot. Free parking.

All the pamphlets said the restaurant is closed on Thursday, but in reality the restaurant was closed also on Wednesday, which complicated things for us as we didn't know this and hadn't made a reservation for somewhere else. The ski room was not really a ski room, it was annoying to ask for a key every day and also sometimes it wasn’t locked.

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Seebichl! This is a wonderful property in every way, and the owners and staff take great care in making your stay a perfect experience. The vibe, the food, the views - all spectacular. Also, we enjoyed walking to and from town in the evenings and we also walked home from the mountain on a few days although the hotel provides a ski shuttle. It is a lovely walk. We more than highly recommend staying at this lovely property.

the cat at the reception was absolutely adorable! =) I would definately recommend to use sauna with the garden view and enjoy the dinner in the afternoon sun on the terrace! the breakfast was absolutely amaizing! great music in the restaurant and lobby.

the lunch is not served every day so if you arrive in the middle of the day you may need to go to other nearby places for lunch which are also great and with the lake view.

Such a lovely hotel to stay in…..such practical, thoughtful design throughout. Amazing breakfasts and dinners. Staff were always so kind and helpful……and mountain bikes you can borrow was such a bonus

No air conditioning, which we knew would be the case, but in the lovely warm weather would have been a bonus

Bed was very comfortable, great view of the mountains, great selection of food for breakfast, restaurant in the hotel was great and is very popular even among non-guests (recommend to have a reservation), the sauna was nice, the room was nicely cleaned every day. Appreciated having a place to leave the ski boots to dry overnight, and the hairdryer in the room. The hotel decoration was nice and the music in the restaurant/lobby was pleasant. Even though the hotel is not so central, they offer a shuttle to and from the ski lift, which was greatly appreciated in our ski trip. Easy to reach the center by taxi for the evenings (10-15 euros)

The hotel shuttle from the ski lift to return back home was a bit far from the ski lift, so we had to carry our equipment. The walk was not long, but w more comfortable if there was ant way to have the pick-up closer to the Hahnenkamm lift. Would have enjoyed if there were more wellness services like massages in the hotel. Would have been nice to have a bathrobe in the room, so we would not have to go down to the sauna in the towel.

Great hotel, very cozy with big attention to details. The breakfast was diverse and very tasty. You could find everything you need, just a bit monotonous-the choice of food did not change from day to day. The stuff were super friendly and helpful!

Poor quality of cleaning

We really enjoyed the spending the last days of summer at Seebichl. Beautiful location, very good breakfast and very nice staff. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere overall, with some great outdoor areas. Thumbs up for the music choice as well.

A very nice hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great views from my balcony, really nice breakfast, all with a cool aesthetic.

About 2km from the city center and gondola. I walked or took the free hotel shuttle to lifts in the morning, but if you do not have a car, be prepared to walk a little, or take a cab. Not a big deal, just saying. I do not think there was wifi, but maybe that's a good thing ;)
