Our stay at Hotel Erika was extremely pleasant. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms are extremely clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly, with special praise for Mr. Nenad who helped us with useful information. The food in the hotel is excellent, the swimming pools are nice, the gym is well equipped, the ski locker room is very spacious. Our vacation at Hotel Erika was one of the best, its location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the center. Very peaceful surroundings and very kind people. We haven't even left yet, but we already want to come back... I hope we will have the opportunity to stay in hotel Erika again :)

Everything was on par with the price point of the hotel. I really liked the interior styling of the room and public areas. Breakfast was good with strong coffee and plenty of choice. Customer service was held to a high standard, smiles all around.

The room was a little bit hot and without air conditioning or a thermostat. I opened the window, but then mosquitos started to find their way in. So I didn't get too good sleep that night.

We were half board. Breakfast and Evening meal was excellent. Lots of choice and quantity after a long day skiing. Wine was a bit pricey. Location was brilliant for both Mountains.

One thing. After we had booked and paid for 5 rooms Half Board. We thought we'd ask the Gentleman on reception for a nice room looking towards the mountains. He told us and the rest of our party individually, that their room was "his favourite room in the hotel" basically fobbed us off. Our room was small and faced a retaining wall. Note to Management-- Not a good sales pitch!

Very nice hotel in the Tyrol area. It's stark clean. The staff is extremely helpful. The bed was the most comfortable one I had in Austria. The balcony was very spacious and I loved seating there. Pool and Sauna were wonderful, we should've spent more time there. The breakfast was way beyond what we expected and tasted wonderful.

I was surprised by the extra cost of parking. No light out in the balcony. Signature cocktails were not served during our stay.

Hotel is pretty and has a nice restaurant, bar and spa on the premises. It also has two heated indoor pools and a sauna. The staff were all lovely and very accommodating, especially Nemad who went out of his way to make attend to our every need. The room we booked was nice and big and felt like we had plenty of space.

The beds were not at all comfortable. From the mattress to the strange uncomfortable linen - I struggled to have a good nights sleep. The pillow selection was also very poor. The rooms are heated through a central heating system and it took us a night of extreme sweats and dehydration to figure out how turn down the heat.

We really enjoyed our skiing holiday and stay. The hotel was extremely comfortable with great staff and truly outstanding food (we were half board). Pools and sauna were excellent and much enjoyed after ski. Comfortable and spacious room high up with a view.

The room decor was decorated rather dark and the lighting poor so it was difficult to read etc.

The hotel is beautiful, super cosy, nicely done, very neat, spacious rooms, 2 indoor pools , one of them with a view, friendly staff especially Verana was amazinf, super helpful and warm, sincere, good variety and high quality breakfast, but my biggest applause goes to the head chef of the cuisine Mr. Sasha Rodel for allowing us for such an elegantly made superb delicious half board cuisine experience. I hesitated booking the hotel as I usually do not get impressed with the food but this is exceptional! Great fresh salad buffet changing every night with cold appetizers like salmon, hamachi sashimi, musrooms of good quality. shrimp salad, etc… followed by 3 course dinner with options including fish, meat and even vegan;))) well done Mr.Rodel and Hotel Erika!

The hotel is 5-6 minutes to the beginning of the village and 15 min walk( a part uphill) to the main ski lift. There is shuttle at 8.30 am the same time as the opening hours of the ski lift…they can put one earlier shuttle… also my room was on the 5th floor and after 3rd floor no elevator.. in neither case no problem.. I enjoyed walking in the mornings and my room was quite looking backward…

Absolute stunning hotel. We had a big balcony that over looked the pond which was lovely. The breakfast was 10/10, everything you could want. We had half board and the food was delicious. I can't recommend this hotel enough. 2 pools, a pond, lovely outdoor seating areas, close walk into town or the cable car stations.

There are no faults.

Beautifully renovated, perfectly located hotel with all necessary facilities for a romantic weekend getaway. Very helpful and accommodating staff, excellent cuisine and just a short stroll away from the town center.

Pool water slightly over chlorinated/chemically treated - it was irritating to the eyes and throat. Not a big deal.

There are no air conditioners, cool at night and pleasant, nevertheless we asked for a fan, we got it and it was perfect
