At first it has to be said that more than a hotel this accomodation reminds me of a residence hall. However,this was not neccesarily a bad thing because the room was well-equipped with a fridge, microwave oven and electric double cooker. The room was clean and bathroom was quite spacious. There are no dishes in the room - they have to be rent in different rooms. Having check-in machine after 16.00 is maybe not typical but there were no problems with the process. It was quite quick and smooth - if you need no assistance of any kind during non-working hours, I consider this way of handling check-in as acceptable. The breakfast was good - typical selections of foods (ham,cheese,oats,müsli,tea,coffee...) was fine and served from 6 am on working days. The location is favorable because it takes only some 10 minutes to get to the city center. All in all, recommended for those looking for simple and reasonably priced accomodation.

Everything, the location is a little bit far from the town centre but it is so peaceful and clean, the facilities are very good, the staff speak several languages and are super helpful, they when helped me to get a cab for the early morning when I had to take the train to go the airport. I spent a month visiting Leoben for business and I was able to do everything there, sleeping comfortable, shower in peace with good pressure and temperature, cook and keep my food for good time with the mini-fridge with a freezer drawer. The internet there was incredible good, I enjoyed it thoroughly during the whole month.

The ventilator in the room is a little bit tricky to understand and control, but once you get it is very straightforward. The bed is good but the pillows are not the best, it is okay for a couple of days but weeks it was not ideal but is manageable.

The kiosk used o check in couldn't print our key card so we had to call the emergency line. There was a way to get an emergency card to get into our room but we found out that it would open any room. So that meant that other people could have gotten into our room using an emergency card.

We spend the weekend for visiting the Austrian F1 grand prix. Due to many many many traffic jams I had to call we would not make it at check in time. This issue was solved swiftly so did not have to worry about that check in time when stuck in traffix.

Is was what we expected. As we spent most of the time on de F1 circuit we only slept and had breakfast in the hotel and didn't need facilities.

Location of room was just under breakfast area, and some people drinking down there and they werw really lood. Impossiblle to sleep. Because there are no people from the hotel to tell them it was realky anoying...

Large and well equipped room. Apartments with individual rooms for 2 person.

A bit far from city center compared to the size of the city. There were some moths in the room

The rooms are simple, spacious and functional with comfortable beds. Good breakfast. City center in walking distance and grocery shopping nearby.

Standard breakfast with plenty to choose from. Lady was helpfull in cooking eggs for me. Good coffee.

Every room has kitchenette but there's no coffee cups, glasses, plates or utensils in rooms. You need to go to special room on each floor and "borrow" it.

Location was perfect near the city center. Lot of parking space available at all times. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were clean with lots of space for clothes and other stuff. Price was great.

All good.

Close to the centre, clean room. Quite place. The key is prepared in box.

The reception is only till 16.00, but later you can call to the manager if anything is wrong. No washing liquids for your dishes, if you are here for one day, you migh need to buy.
