Charming old hotel with the history. We really liked the area, spa was nice and cosy (and mostly empty). Personal was sweet and helpful. It was my birthday and I received a complement decert from the hotel twice - from the hotel management and at the hotel restaurant 😊 Regarding Restaurant, we had half-board. Breakfast was great, the same as dinner. The location is also great - across the road there is a lift to the mountain (at summer for hiking, at winter for skiing). Our windows was looking to the inner yard so no problems with noise from the road.

Hotel seemed half empty. I hope during the winter season it's more crowded and full of life

Everything was perfect, room, staff, SPA, food and drink.

We have problem only with TV. In every country is normal, that basically can be seen national channels, but everywhere they have English, French, Spanish or other foreign Channels as well. This was for the first time, when only one language was used (German). It was strange, because some of staff persons spoke only English and do not understand German.

Everything to do with the accommodation including service within Restaurants and Bars was exceptional. Relaxation/Spa area was extensive and quirky. Gym and bowling alley available if you had time to use. On demand service to take you to and collect you from local Ski Lifts.

Very stylish place with really nice service. Truly looks like an old palace. Inside it as well really well prepared. Most of things needed during vacation are here included in a price, like bikes. Staff helped me with a shuttle from train station. Staff was really helpful during a stay with many advices. There is a guided tour, at least was during my stay. Spa is really nice but could be open a bit longer - it is closed at 8pm.

No one mentioned about no shuttle on Sunday when most of people are checking off. Due to that I needed to pay some horrible money for a 5km ride with a local taxi. That was not a nice end of stay in this great place.

The Hotel have an incredible history, a fairy tale-like atmosphere. Very charming and welcoming owners, hosts, staff. The breakfast was absolutely incredible! Widest selection of breads, dairy, the best scrambled eggs, fruits, veggies , many types of lemonade and juices, nice coffee. The most amazing part of the food were the bakeries. The best cheesecake and patisserie we have ever eaten! Absolutely incredible! We would come back to the 5star desserts! Please write your recipe book. The staff is very nice, friendly, making sure everyone feels welcomed, cared of with greatest hospitality. The rooms are huge, the toilet was separate from the bathroom. The natural soap and conditioner was nice to the most sensitive skin. Wide range of wellness varieties.

The bathroom had a glass sliding door, that was hard to slide, so we left it open. The room was big, and the entrance was hidden from the bed, but still not the most optimal.

Good breakfast and rich dinner. Decent wellness options, 3 dry and 1 wet saunas, outdoor warm pool, plenty of resting beds, tea and fruit refreshments available in wellness area Bathrobes, slippers and extra towels for use in wellness available in the room.

The wellness opening time until 8pm and colliding with dinner time too short for combining with whole day skiing. When the outdoor pool is closed at 6pm, also the whirlpool stops operating. The outdoor pool temperature could be little higher. The saunas temperature should be higher, e.g. the small finish outdoor one marked as 95̊ C was not even close to 85̊ C, not enough for a real sauna lower. Quite a challenge to navigate in the "underground" between depended buildings, garage, ski room and the restaurant in main building. The parking slots extremely narrow and difficult to park a larger car, the ceiling height not enough for an SUV with roof box installed. All these small negatives do not really significantly decrease the value, good facility anyway.

Excellent location, close to the Reiteralm ski slopes. Comfortable rooms. The hotel offers a lot of amenities. You can find everything you need. Very good restaurant, breakfast, dinner. Afternoon tea, coffee, cakes! Parking!

Location, food and facilities were great, warm outside pool is the most relaxing thing you can do. The services were fantastic special thanks to Lena and Vladimir from the restaurant staff and Jonas from the front desk for the special care and helpul sujestions!

Nothing, it was great wish we had time to stay longer.

The location is amazing, the food is an awesome experience, staff is an example. The hotel is taking you back in time, with the tunel access everywhere and the decor which is very well preserved. Excellent, awesome and amazing, it’s a must!!!

Lot of saunas does not work, sauna cool pool was empty. Outside pool due to which we chose the hotel does not work. Water price of 0,3l was 3,8€ at dinner even we had dinner for free. Hotel was clean, when parking outside and snowing we were no able to reach the hotel as nobody clean the hotel road till 10AM.
