We had a perfect stay. The hotel is run so well with a lot of attention to details and much effort of many people every day. The location is ideal, all the staff courteous and helpful, rooms comfy and very clean, the pool with sweet not chlorinated water has fantastic view, the breakfasts and dinners in the restaurant are superb. There are hundreds of hiking options in the area and with Sommercard the public transportation and many attractions are free of charge. It is definitely one of the hotels where you want to come back to. Thank you for a nice stay!

We liked everything about this place.

The landscape was amazing, the lobby looks incredible and the outside swimming pool was very beutiful and clean. The room was big and comfortable and was beyond our expectations. The bathroom was well equiped and didnt lack a thing. The personal of the hotel were super friendly and willing to help.

The only thing that seemed kind of odd for us was the waiting times between meal courses at the dinner time. In our opinion, if the waiting time between the courses was shorter , the hotel would have 0 flaws.

I did not accept the presence of pets in the hotel despite the fact that the accommodation is for adults only, which means calm and tranquility We were disturbed by the dog's barking on the balcony of the next room, especially in the early morning

The room is clean, location is perfect (5 min walk from buses), the Sommercard possibilities are almost too good, the sauna world is fantastic. Little addition to the dinner: you can choose from 3 main course (meat, fish, vegeterian), but there ia always 3 other thing What you can choose (Snitzl, gulasch and Gnocci)

The wi-fi can be a bit weak in some places in the hotel.

Everything was amazing. Room (double deluxe) is spacious, cosy and clean, bed is very comfortable, we slept great. Both breakfast and dinner are very good. Staff is very kind and friendly. Location is great, view over Dachstein is beautiful. Good value for money.

A bit soulless , the staff didn’t really engage with us as valued visitors The meal format was a bit boring, especially the salads every evening which did not change all week

Everything was perfect: the location and the natural setting, how clean and well maintained the entire hotel was, the facilities and services, the breakfast and dinner, how polite and helpful the staff was, etc. I would love to return and spend more time in this paradise!

Very convinient location, ski-out and ski-in, very nice personel at reception and in the restaurant. Great breakfast with a lot of choice and diffrent fresh fruits. Half-board - good value for money
