Good Location and Breakfast, Nice room and staff. Only 300 meters from the lake side. Good restaurants hereby.

Parking lots are 300 meters from the hotel. Breakfast start since 8.00 which is not convenient for early leave guests.

Traditional German breakfast. Cakes were particularly good.

No lift. For international travellers, big bags, it was almost a deal breaker.

Practical, clean room. Had everything I needed. Renovated, comfortable mattress, good bathroom with a quality hairdryer. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Sometimes you could hear people outside - because it is so central. But they were quiet by 10/11pm. Air conditioning would be a luxury, but it was quite hot during my stay. I thought of asking for a fan, but was too lazy. An elevator would be nice, but the nice man helped me with my bags, so it was fine! Such nice people working there - I guess they treat their employees well, because they are all so nice and friendly!

Had the most wonderful stay in here. The manager of the hotel, Kalina, made us feel right at home. When you're travelling across a country you'll find hotels that will stay with you forever. This is one of them. We had no high expectations for this stay but everything was so well presented, to the minor detail. The room was super clean, we had a great view of the mountain and you could see that love was put into things. For example, the towels smelled good (not vinegarish as it is usual around Austria). The breakfast was generous and tasty. I would strongly recommend if you're around to stay here. You won't be disappointed.

The staff were exceptional friendly and helpful. They were flexible in accommodating my itinerary. The hotel was immaculately clean, recently renovated/remodeled, room on the top floor, back was spacious and comfortable with lots of natural lighting. Tastefully decorated. The hotel is perfectly located in the exact center of the charming town of St. Gilgen, five minutes by foot from everything. I was there for hiking, and the hotel was the perfect jumping off point. Breakfast, especially on the first morning when more people were staying there, was excellent. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

Nothing really. But if I had to recommend something, I would suggest having more warm food options consistently for breakfast or perhaps make it clear that guest can order things individually. The scrambled eggs were amazing the first morning; I missed them the second.

Very cute hotel ☺️ The owner is nice, and it is directly located near the church, which is very convenient. If you want to find some tranquility and enjoy the entire sky full of stars, this is definitely a good place. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the ferry station, the bus station, and the lift station. Listening to the bell ringing from the church to wake you up.

This is a lovely hotel. The breakfast was delightful and everything was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

The service, people that attend this place are so warm and make sure to make you feel welcome. The receptionist took time to show us useful locations and gave us tips that made our stay even better. The beds where really comfortable too and the place is nice and very clean all the time.

Nothing it was a perfect stay

Amazing location, beautiful rooms and great food. Georgia looked after us during our stay, and she was very sweet and helpful. My mother in law was bowled over by her hospitality. Whether it was arranging dinner at a slightly odd hour or greeting us with a happy smile, at all times, she was amazing. Will highly recommend if you want to enjoy St. Gilgen, Zwolferhorn avoiding the hustle and bustle of Salzburg.

The hotel could do with an elevator, esp for those staying in the higher floors.

I had a two week vacation in Europe and this was the stop before the last and even before i went there i had high anticipation for this place, and it sure had surpassed them. The staff are really helpful and accommodating. The owners are very nice and treats their guests as family. The room was very big with a lot of facilities (smart tv, safe, and hair dryer) and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was the best and they had a lot of options for different dietary requirements The location is perfect.

I would've appreciated a refrigerator and a boiler in the room.
