Great location and facilities.

Part of the staff was very nice (the younger staff members), but the other half was very disrespectful and mean. Made me feel not welcomed.

Sight from the terrace is just magical - the hotel situated in one of the most beautiful places in the world, no kidding! Services, personnel, facilities, breakfast - all just perfect! Special thanks for working heating even during summer - the week we were there it was very chilly and rainy, but warm and cosy in the room. Another big plus is direct exit to the shore, where we could securely and easily keep our SUP-boards. Highly recommend to have a dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, also.

No facilities for little kids. But there’s a good playground in 10 minutes walk along the shore.

Lack of air condition and/or fans in a hot period of several days. WiFi at the rooms and at the public area was weak all the time. I have measured the WiFi power and it was bad. Price was high compare to the above missing facilities. Location: Hotel location is at the edge of the place around 800-900 meter from the city center.

Bath tub was tall and a bit slippery and shower head was in completely the wrong location. Bath mat was no where near big enough to cover the amount of space that water drips out. Breakfast galley was cramped.

The hotel was wonderful and the location breathless. There were many amenities including bikes to use, paddle boards, a kayak and a lovely dock. The breakfast buffet was endless with delicious breads.

The check in system was odd as others have said. You had to try to track down a waitress for anything you needed and they were not super friendly. There is lots of hills to walk to get to the beach or back from town so it is better to know that upfront.

Beautiful property set back from the water a few hundred feet. It's a very large park-like property, so the original name Park Hotel ( rather than the new name Seehotel) fits it best. We originally thought the property was on the lake however,. based on the prices and pictures. All that said, we loved our Jr. Suite, which was the biggest we've stayed in on our trip and also one of the best: two balconies and windows to let in the light and the breezes. We had a great time! The manager is very friendly and helpful, as is the staff. The cleaning is good, the breakfast is good, a fair selection. St. Gilgen is a pretty lakeside village, very busy with tourists though.

Property not on the water. Wi-fi was good but had game ports blocked or unopened. Thus could only browse the internet.

I liked everything except the wifi. I'd give it a rare 10/10 if the room had decent wifi connection.

Great bedroom with fantastic view of lake and mountains. Great location, walkable distance to the town. Half board menu was exceptional, couple with great service from all the staff.

Great location on the gorgeous lake. Incredible view from the boathouse and the terrace for breakfast. Very good breakfast!

That the wifi didn't work in my room.

The view was absolutely glorious! Nice breakfast out on sunny terrace overlooking lake. Large room, comfortable bed. Nice ensuite facilities. Good location - away from busy streets in centre of village but just a 10 minute walk to bars and restaurants. Excellent place to stay if, like us you take your dog, as has nice grounds for early morning wees and poops!

No iron available in room. More comfortable chairs on balcony would have been nice in order to make the most of the splendid view. A minibar and fridge would also have been nice.
