Very nice hotel, located close to the ski lift. Rooms were clean, nicely equipped. Big thumb for large bathroom. At 6th floor you'll find pool for adults and small kids area with view on the ski slope. The unique thing for this hotel is ... kitchen! Various meals, full of taste for the breakfast and... delicious dinners where you'll find not only pork but also deer! Huge pros for that and bow to the Chef!

I liked everything! I can not even find something, that can be put in "don't like" part🤗 Room was quite big and comfortable. Balcony with mountains view. Bathroom is spacious with all needed bath accessories.. Wide choice for the breakfast. Wellness area is incredible. Pool wih hydromassage and warm water, where you can have 100% relax, looking on amazing view outside.There is kids area near pool with toys. Different variations of sauna. Additionally you can use sun terrace on open area. Kids room for little visitors, that relieves parents` life)) Kind and friendly staff is ready to help everytime. Strongly recommend to enjoy being there!

We traveled as a group of 6 families with children and really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast and dinner were very good and staff was very polite.

We all agreed that it was a bit too hot in the rooms and couldn't find a way to lower the temp except opening the terrace door, which was a bit unpleasant to do a couple times per night. I am just mentioning this in case the temperature can be lowered a bit. By no means is this a deal breaker. We really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend the place.

The food was very delicious, great selection of desserts! The rooms were very clean. Melissa at the wellness area is the best! Nice and sweet, always ready for the guests’ disposal. Thank you very much Melissa!

The staff at the restaurant should pay more attention to the guests, especially when setting the tables!! Napkins and cutlery are a must!

The location of the hotel is great. We like also pool and wellness area, even the pool was quite small and crowded.

Quality of the food could be improved a little bit. Rooms will require a refreshment soon. Boot dryers in ski room (in ski boxes) were not working.

The hotel is well designed and furnished, and met/exceeded my expectations for my visit. My room was adequately sized, with fairly comfortable beds and a good bathroom/shower. The best feature for me was the spa area, with warm & hot saunas, a steam room, and an infra-red sauna. There is also a pool, but I didn't use this as it was always full of small children. The hotel restaurant is a self-service buffet, with decent quality food available for breakfast and dinner; the cakes in the evening were excellent! The staff I interacted with were friendly and very efficient. Also great was the ability to hire ski equipment directly from the hotel lobby (only 52 euros for a set of boots/skis/poles for 2 days!), and to have a locker in the basement ski room. Finally, the hotel is literally under 5 minutes' walk (in ski boots) from the main ski lift :-)

The hotel WiFi had a good signal, but was often clearly overloaded and unresponsive. The bedroom was overheated to my taste, with no ability to adjust the heating (other than to open the window).

Perhaps not the best value, but we appreciated the convenience of the location, the amenities (especially the pool), and the simplicity of having breakfast and dinner there. The food was better than I expected, with lots of options for kids and adults.

My only complaint was that the Wi-Fi was often too slow to use.

The property was walking distance to the ski lift. parking was right in front of the hotel. The room was a good size with view on the slope. The leisure centre was great after a day of skiing. The food was great and the massage was one of the best we had.

Location is perfect. We liked the wellness facility. All questions before arrival answered quickly.

We have been to this hotel several times before. What we can say is, that quality of personnel got worse - we found dirty sock on the table when we entered our room, hardly could speak with personnel in English and service in the restaurant and bar was slow and we always felt like bothering the person when ordering drinks.

we had a small issue with the bowling field booking as having a duplicated booking. with a better communication among the surf members could avoid that situations.
