Cozy family-run hotel in a beautiful area of Austria. We really liked the atmosphere and classical decor. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Plenty of space to park. Room was spacious, views from the balcony were very nice. Room had everything we could ask for. Breakfast was nice and fresh every morning. Structure of having the same table every morning / evening was nice. Swim-in / out pool was nice and one of the reasons we decided to stay here. Spa has 3 types of saunas to choose from and a steam bath. Kärnten Card with free access to nearby lifts is a nice touch, although presumably calculated into the price.

Dinner could have been a little better for the price. Bed had 2 loose mattresses which wasn't too comfy, although the separate blankets were appreciated. Expected a little more of the spa / pool area, it's relatively small and the indoor part of the pool could have been bigger. Temperature of the outside pool could have been a bit higher for comfort. Saunas are nice but no bathing suits allowed - we found this a bit odd, but maybe we are of a 'newer' generation. All-in-all we found the price, also considering it's the offseason, a little too high for what we got.

Location , food and nice rooms with enogh space. Stuff was very kind. Food was perfect for adults and children. Really nice and good for families.

The pool is only outdoor with jacuzi inside. The teperature in outdoor pool was cold.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the ski lift. Very convenient when you can reach all ski resorts on skis with one entry. The hotel has a very good spa and a nice outdoor pool with thermal water.

The food at the restaurant was delicious, the staff was caring and the location was great. You could start many hikes from the hotel, which was ideal.

I would have more options for breakfast, but it was really good.

Hotel has a great wellness for those who like sauna - there are several. Wellness is open all day, sauna from 2 PM (and it can even be earlier on request). Hotel is located close (150 m) from Maibrunnbahn, good starting point for skiing. Hotel have set meaningful meassures with respect to pandemia and they were followed by everybody. Breakfast was great and dinner consisted of 5 courses prepared with great care.

The only thing we can complain a bit about is the meal served at dinner time - it was a bit heavy. However, it was based on local and Austrian habits and this is what hotel has advertised.

Very nice atmosphere, a classical Carinthian treasure box situated in a gorgeous valley with an exceptional view. The staff is very lovely, helpful, and out waiter Csaba was also really helpful and friendly with us.

Thaïs IS One of the best hotel where I've been in term of confort of the room, facilities and the support of the staff. If possible I'll come back.

Nice wellness area, great food, clean and cosy rooms, nice restaurant, excellent breakfast, very close to the lift

Bathrooms and other things partly quite old. Water in the showers of the wellness area did not get warm.

Great staff, we simply have felt like at home.

The room we had was for “booking.com” clients, small and shabby.

Meals are great. Location is superb, as it is walking distance to the ski lift. You can get your ski pass in the hotel. Staff is amazing, they are very kind and helpful.
