Stunning views, very comfortable room with excellent facilities. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Be aware that the on-site, separately-owned, restaurant (serving good value, hearty, Italian cuisine) doesn’t accept cards for bills less than €50 (cash only). I initially went to pay via card and was advised at that point that it was cash only (it wasn’t explained or mentioned anywhere that bills less than €50 are cash-only), thankfully we had enough cash to pay the bill, otherwise we’d have had to go and get cash the following day (as I’d had a couple of beers with my meal, so couldn’t have driven to a cash machine that evening).

The apartment was very nice and fully equipped and even bigger than we expected. The location was amazing and very close to the center where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. Big parking place right in front of the hotel.

We were there for 3 nights and we did not have our apartment cleaned in any of the days. The garbage was not removed, the sheets were not changed, the towels neither -> kind of strange for a 4* hotel. We even had to buy our own toiletries as they were not enough.

The location - amazing views if you have the room on the mountain side. The staff very friendly - we did appreciate that we received a room change, we just don't understand the extra charge. The parking place is big enough. There are lots of activities (pool, tennis, sun bathing etc) The apartment quite spacious and clean, with 3 balconies and a big living room. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Our 100 eur deposit was reverted the same day we checked out.

The restaurant was closed. We wanted to switch our apartment to get one with mountain view , so they mentioned they would charge us 10 eur /night extra. We accepted, but on Booking there is no difference on prices based on view, so why this extra charge? Had there been a mountain view apartment specified on Booking, we would have booked that one from the start.

Great location very nice staff. We are a family of six so we had a two bed room apartment and was very convenient and fully equipped. They have laundry service which is also very convenient. Five minutes by car from center where all restaurants and shops.

It would be useful to put some toiletry stuff in the bathrooms

Friendly staff, lovely modern apartment with great view of the town. The location is served by a good bus giving access to 2 ski hills.

That the hotel restaurant hasn’t reopened since covid and the nearest food shop is down the hill in the town. It would be awesome if the hotel could sell some essentials (other than bread). Remember to buy food you can cook in microwave or on the hob as there is no oven in the room.

Nice apartment hotel with a modern kitchen. Very close to the village, and few supermarkets, there is a nice playground in the hotel.

There is only one elevator, which is a bit busy in the morning. During our stay, the temperature outside was close to 30 degrees. Since there was no air conditioning in the apartment, we had to open the windows, and a lot of small mosquitoes filled our apartment.

We had a one bedroom apartment, a kitchenette equipped with everything you need, even kitchen towels and a basket with coffee, sugar, tea, salt and pepper. The bedroom was big facing a beautiful forest. You wake up in the morning to the sounds of birds squeaking. The swimming pool was big with warm water 28 degrees. But the most amazing thing is the staff who were always ready to assist, to listen and to respond. Our flight was cancelled and they did everything to help us reschedule and get an alternative flight. Thank you for your hospitality. I will recommend this wonderful hotel to all those who want to have a relaxing and peaceful vacation in Austrian Alps. There are plenty of attractions to explore in the area.

Everything was just perfect! We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the hotel.

An excellent location at Schladming, with true 4 star amenities, was a perfect choice for our stay as a family. The receptionist politely helped us to find a place for dinner as we arrived a little late. Definitely will choose it again if we visit the area.

Although it was clearly stated in the terms of Booking.com i didn't notice that the hotel charges your card with the sum of 100 euros as a deposit for possible damage in the rooms. Of course It was returned in 2 days and it was my fault not to check it, but be prepared as it might be a surprise if you didn't notice.

The appartment was really neet and everything was great. Although we found out the pool was closed, they moved us to rooms with front view of the citty to make up for it and everyone was really friendly. The beds were big.The room very spacious. A familly of 3 could easily stay in just one appartment.

The pool was closed and we found out afyer paying for the rooms beacuse on the website it didn't say, but they made up for it with front view appartments and all was good.

The staff Daniella,Elizabeth,illuna and Sara were very helpful. The room was superb with all facilities and sufficient space for everything. 20 mins walk to the city centre. Schladming is well connected by train . A lovely cosy town.
