excellent breakfast with alot of choice. the people working there are always smiling and very helpfull. the restaurant is high level. and you just have to cross the street to get to the lift and they have a private parking to put your car safe.

for me personal, the matrass was a bit small, my feet came out of the bed most of the time :)

.If you don't plan to spend a lot of time indoors, it's just about perfect. The location for skiing is brilliant.

The room for single use was at street Level, which can be a bit loud when people come home, If you are a light sleeper, it may be a problem The ski cellar entrance is just underneath the Window. And it's best to keep curtains drawn, as people could technically see inside.

Great location… spacious rooms… In the middle of a refurbishment, half rustic Austrian and half contemporary alpine, but very lovely. The ski room… amazing!! I know it sounds daft, but amazing! somewhere to store and dry all your kit… No smelly gloves drying in your room!

It was all excellent… It would be useful if allergens were more explicitly listed at breakfast and on menus - whilst knowledgeable staff is one thing, it can leave you guessing.

The location is very near the ski lifts, with a great ski room. The breakfast was fantastic and spa area was brilliant. We had a two bedroom room and it was very spacious! walking distance to all bars and restaurants.

The room is a little dated, however I would struggle to find any fault with this hotel.

Peaceful by night. Silence is bliss. Very warm. Breakfast area, top class. Great tea selection.. Sauna ++ Ski gear storage, Waoow.

I like tea or coffee to be brought to the breakfast table. Maybe its just me. No porridge. 😣

maybe a little to high price for dog per day, but that doesn’t affect on overall great experience for this hotel

great staff - location and the loft room was great

very minor - the loft room had a kitchen but no basic things like mugs or some knives and forks to have in the room and we needed to request some each time.

the staff were lovely, the hotel was clean and very comfortable! the bar and restaurant were excellent and the spa area was also great!

it was a short walk to the gondola but that wasn’t really an issue.

We arrived very early in the morning and we got the room immediately. Very nice and helpful staff along with an impressive Breakfast.

Very good hotel, great staff, fantastic food (kudos to their chef) in the evening. (we were half board) and there is also a very nice SPA that we could enjoyed. I would highly recommend this Hotel for those who stay at ISCHGL as we felt very welcomme and received great service.

The hotel is not RIGHT at the center but you have to walk 5-10 min, easy walk through a tunnel. Other than that, difficult to find what we didn't liked :)
