Staff are so helpful and jolly. The location is just perfect right at the bottom of the main gondola, opposite ski hire and supermarket and bars and restaurants and only a short stroll to the Centre of town. Although included we didn’t eat at the hotel as we met with friends in town each night but menu looked super and breakfast was lovely and just the nicest serving staff. Lovely little pool too!

hot room but easy enough to open the balcony door. And scared of from using the sauna and steam as stated nude only, normal for the Austrian I believe but not for us prude brits!

Very convenient location. Food was unexpectedly great. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Boot room was great with private lockers and boot heaters inside them

Nothing much to complain about. However, if being picky we didn’t like that the sauna was strictly ‘no clothes’ , but appreciate that it is the norm in Austria.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at skii holiday. Gorgeous building. High quality spacious rooms and high quality service. Rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ischgl. Amazing location accros the ski lift. You can park Your car and forget about it for all stay. The food was amazing! Great for couples! We will return!

The breakfast is nice, the rooms are clean and service is good. The staff was nice and there was a good parking near the hotel. It is very easy to get the to the lifts from the hotel.

Wouldn't order dinner for the entire week in advance, maybe worth trying it once. One huge problem is the noise. There is no way to cool the heated room except by opening a window, but there are parties held in the same building of the hotel until the middle of the night, which don't allow you to sleep. I stayed up until 2am when the party was over (was staying on the first floor)

Perfect cuisine. Depo place for ski/snowboard in the hotel. Cozy bar with fireplace. 200m to ski lift. Very pleasant staff.

The location is perfect. the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. we took a room for 3 and there was nothing lenta of space for us and our gear. breakfast was excellent. the staf was super nice. we were supposed to get free parking and the ski pass was also ordered on the reception.

The ski room is quite small so it can get quite crowded. you might need to wait 5 minutes for you to get your gear - which is obviously not a big deal.

Fantastic service! Attention to detail is great. The staff are very attentive, caring and it is not overwhelming. The room was super cozy, we enjoyed the food. A perfect stay.

We could not find a kettle in our room to make some tea.

Great location of the hotel. Typical for a ski holiday. 5 minutes walk to the lift. There is a great spa and swimming pool in the hotel. The pool is a bit small but you can swim ok. Food at the hotel was great. Nothing to dislike.

Perfect, close to the lifts, ski hire and bars. A short walk to the mega apres scene.

The pool was too cool and the hot baths didn’t work.
