Despite the closeness to the airport it was very quiet. The room was light and friendly, loved the tree in front of the window, loved the fact that you could walk to the airport.

The air conditioning was not good, did not cool down enough. I was not clear that the breakfast was not included in the price - not clear at all when I booked. Since I eat a small breakfast but I have to eat something, (like a roll with butte and jam) and have a cup of coffee, the charge for breakfast was way out of line. There should have been a possibility to be charged for what you eat. As I had planned my schedule I was too late to go and have breakfast somewhere else.

A very big room with a great bed and a nice hot shower. Our family enjoined ending our trip there and saved us a lot of headaches getting to our early morning flight. The little breakfast (free of charge) offered to guests on their way to an early morning flight (4-6 am) was really great. I will definitely recommend it to anyone with an early flight. We woke up only 3 hours before the departure time and had time to drong coffee and get our kids ready on time.

The blue light of the AC (that didn't work but did make it hard to sleep and made me look for "creative" ways to cover it). The walls are very thin and i heard every neighbor check in in the middle of the night.

The hotel's proximity to the airport made it incredibly convenient for me to reach within minutes on foot. I was also pleased to find that the airport trolleys were readily available for transporting luggage. Additionally, for those renting cars, the nearby rental offices made the process effortless. The reception staff were incredibly cooperative and helpful, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. Their professionalism and friendliness were truly commendable. The highlight of my stay was the peacefulness of the room. After a long flight, I was able to rest comfortably and enjoy a rejuvenating sleep.

The price is one aspect that I found disappointing was the high price of the accommodation. While I understand that quality comes at a cost, I believe that a more competitive pricing strategy could attract a wider range of guests and enhance overall satisfaction.

Clean, smart hotel, and very friendly staff. The bar staff were lovely and exceptionally friendly. Location - so easy for the airport. Bar prices reasonable for an airport in this location. Massive bathroom, toilet separate to the shower and washing area.

Because it's so easy to access the airport they can charge over 200 euros per night, probably because many of the guests that stay there are paid for by companies (I saw pilots etc) - which means those of us paying for ourselves as I did have to pay the excessive prices. The person that checked me in seemed very surprised I hadn't opted for breakfast (21 euros for a continental?!) My room door appeared quite flimsy and had damage as if it had been pushed open at some point. Easy to hear people in the corridor (though no noise from nearby rooms).

Room was extremely clean and very comfortable and had many facilities. We also requested that our rooms were close to each other as travelling with young family and they kindly upgraded us to accommodate that. Location is fantastic for easy access to airport. Staff very polite and check out v simple.

Check in was after a late delayed flight (which was also unexpected due to strike action) so we were exhausted and had to fly again early in morning. The queue for check in was very long so it would have been lovely to have more staff on reception but someone did show up eventually and speed improved but would have been much appreciated to check in quickly.

If you need to stay at or close to Vienna airport, this place is perfect in every way. The staff are friendly and helpful, even late at night, rooms are large and comfortable, with espresso machines and good wifi throughout. Bathrooms are also large and functional. There is a restaurant downstairs, where we had dinner. It was a buffet with good options and very good service. Beds were comfortable and rooms, quiet.

There are close to no toiletries, so it is a good idea to bring things you know you will need. Rooms can feel a bit cold in terms of decoration, but let's not forget it is an airport hotel.

The hotel is well located and walking distance from vienna international airport. It has a good lobby and the girl on the reception desk was very helpful and cooperative

The hotel has a very restrict rule of checking in at 3 PM despite our check out was early next day. Such rule doesn’t fit a hotel next to airport! The rooms are well decorated but the AC was not functioning well in August and seems was done on purpose as both rooms I and my kids living in had the same problem. There is also another issue with the shower drain being undersized!

Very expensive drinks! G&T - €23 for example. Beer - €8. Travelled all around Austria and prices for drinks were 40-50% higher than everywhere else. Spa options were okay but changing rooms were very small and lockers need a euro to work but when I contacted reception to enquire about the spa I was not advised of this so had to leave my belongings in an unlocked locker

Excellent place if you have to take an early flight out of Vienna Airport - the hotel is right in front of the terminal, barely 5 mins walk from lobby to baggage drop. I had to take a 6 am flight so being able to get there early and take some sleep and get up at just before 4 am was very useful. It is a bit pricey but in range of what such accommodations charge for the comfort of sleeping next to your airplane. Very useful hot buffet that is open until 23-00 (good for latecomers such as was my case), very varied choice of food, good wine. They say they also have breakfast for early rises from 04-00. Will stay there again if needed for an early flight out of Vienna.

Price can be a little lower :-)

Great location at the airport. generally very good and convenient. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good room temperature. Very clean and in good repair. Most of the staff very polite and nice.

We arrived at 10am and they charged us an extra 30 euros early check in which we didn’t like at all. The lady at reception was then quite unfriendly and didn’t bother to tell us that we should go to another lift (not the one visible from reception) to get to our room, so we spent ages walking along long corridors only to have to go back down to reception lugging our cases and asked another staff member (who was very polite) how to get to our room.
