Das Reinisch Airport Hotel & Restaurant

The hotel itself was great. The staff was friendly and super helpful. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Child friendly. The sauna was excellent. It was very close to the airport (15 Euro taxi ride) which is why we chose it.

There are no amenities around. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon. The shop next door to the hotel was closed. The hotel restaurant was closed. No pub, no small shops around. There should be some small snack bar or pub on the premises. Thank goodness we had some leftover fruit and sandwiches otherwise we would have been in trouble - especially since we were traveling with a young child. There was a vending machine in the lobby but it was cashless and it didn't work. The hotel was not cheap, so for that, it should have been better equipped with food/beverage

This is a very nice hotel pretty close to the airport in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are nice and the facilities are very nice although we didn't have time to use the sauna or workout room. The restaurant food was good and fairly priced. We did walk to the only restaurant in this small community and the food there was great! This hotel has an airport shuttle for a fee but it was better than the Uber we took to get there. The staff are very friendly and answered all our questions promptly ahead of our stay.

The hotel is about a five to ten-minute drive from/to the airport. A very clean and comfortable room with a nice window to open for fresh air. The people that work there are also very nice. I liked the coffee and tea in the lobby.

There is a charge for the shuttle to the airport of 15 euros. There were two of us who each paid 15 euro and the hotel called a taxi. The taxi cost one way is only 15 euro so it made no sense to have the hotel shuttle, which was just a taxi for 30 euro. If you are a group of people, better to hire your own taxi and not pay 15 euro per person. Also strange, if you have many bags, steps go up into the hotel. No ramp. So you have to carry your bags and I am sure someone from the hotel would help if you needed it.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport. Also, the hotel runs a shuttle to the airport. The room was spacious and quiet. It was handy having the ability to make (instant) coffee in the room, since I couldn't figure out how to use the machine in the lobby.

We asked for two beds and, although there were two mattresses, they were adjacent to each other, making the two beds feel like one. The body wash in the shower could not be dispensed (although the one near the sinks worked fine).

We were pleasantly surprised on arrival, to find the Hotel STAFF very friendly and helpful. The rooms were not big, but very clean, the bed excellent and bathroom facilities at the newest standard. the breakfast buffet was excellent with a big variety of breds, cold meat, cheese yoghurt etc. Very well presented The Hotel is approximately 5.6 km away from the airport, hence one has an easy and quick access to return the car before boarding the Airoplane.

The best, attentive, friendly and professional staff. Exceptional service provided by young lady at the reception. I arrived late evening and she took care of my stay, arranged the dinner and taxi for 3:30 in the morning helping me to get to the airport on time. I felt welcomed and valued guest. The kitchen had no problem to cooked my dinner right at the closing hour. Mr. Sipos, who take care of me in the restaurant was first class, friendly, professional; nothing was problem. I would like to thank them all. The service was superb. Hotel also was nice, clean, well equipped. Room and bed comfortable. 5*

The people at the hotel restaurant were very friendly and served a meal 2 hours before it was officially opened. You can hardly expect to be served even 2 minutes before the restaurant is supposed to be open in countries like Spain. I love this kind of attitude in Austria.

There was a bathtub on the picture. I hoped to take a bath after the hard day, but in fact there was only a shower. I was a little upset. Please, do not show wrong pictures or provide detailed explanation of the facilities available.

Very nice Hotel. I loved the positive messages written all over the place in the facilities. Good breakfast and nice staff. I was upgraded to a better room for free. Free parking and good location if you travel for work.

Tabaco smell in the room. Even though it is forbidden to smoke in the rooms it seems the previos clients smoked inside and you could still smell it. All the other things were perfect. I will repeat if I go back to Viena.

The hotel offers very good price-quality ratio for 4* hotel. The staff there was really helpful and truly kind. The kitchen offers also gluten-free bread and soya plant milk which is good for people with food allergies. There were lot of vegetables and fruits, fresh orange juice. A room also was clean and nice, and luckily for me not perfumes which I appreciated because I have a lot of allergies (also a perfume’s allergies). A localisation of the hotel is near Schwechat airport. And there was a opportunity to let my car during my vacation for good price-quality fee.

Booked for its close location to Schwechat Airport. Nice to stay in a comfortable, cozy hotel for flight out next day rather than at airport. Great restaurant serving tasty meals and breakfast had wide selection. Inner courtyard parking. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again for future flights.

Unpleasant body odor in our room when first entered. Needed airing out. Also surprised that the cleaning personnel were vacuuming the main entrance area in the morning which also is the breakfast room entry way.
