The location is away from the main road. There is a large grass area for the kids to run around and play. The apartments on the ground floor provide plenty of room and are well designed! The fridge is well stocked with drinks (handy considering the nearest shop is a 20min walk). Breakfast was included! Plenty of parking. There is a social room with children's toys and games. Family Oriented.

Outside the owner's control...no buses to Ried im Innkreis, everything goes to Linz and then rail connections back. A car is absolutely necessary.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this B&B. The mattress on the bed was comfortable, and even the sofa bed was amazing and large enough for two adults. The apartment was immaculate, extremely tidy and super clean. It smelled also amazingly and I felt like I am at home. The location is perfect as it’s close to the highway but we couldn’t hear a noise due to its location. The breakfast was plenty and the whole hotel is just so well presented. Our well behaved dog was also welcome and even in the breakfast area for that 10 minutes while I ate my quick breakfast. The bathroom is huge, the shower is large and spaces for a family of 4 in it. The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge was very spacious. If we are travelling through Austria we will definitely stop here again.

The place is nice, modern and clean. Breakfast is very good. Nice to see that the service hasn't declined over the years. Keep up the good work!

The last time we were there, the apartment and the beds were setup for three people although we reserved for four (the children are still small so we managed). No biggie, but kind of strange.

Everything was perfect. Very nice owner. We needed the place to sleep on our way to Germany, and this was the perfect choice. It is close to the highway, but still it is surrounded by nature and it is quiet enough for a good night's sleep. We had a walk in charming little town. The rooms are specious, modern and clean. The breakfast was good, There is a charger for electric cars at the parking lot.

It is my third stay in this property - excellent place to sleep if you are driving from Germany through Austria! it is very close to highway, but yet very quiet. The village center is within walking distance. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and modern and had everything you might need, including a cooking stove, microwave and fridge with drinks and snacks!

Nothing to mention as negative.

Big rooms, nice bathroom, also with terrace. The owner really really nice. We were the only guest in the house but they were very nice and friendly and they prepared breakfast for us and was plenty of food. Totally worth it and recommend to others in transit.

We were in transit and the next day we had to leave early in the morning, and the host offered to prepare breakfast for us at 06:00 AM. The rooms were clean and and well maintained, nothing to complain about

The rooms are super comfortable and apartment-like with an equipped kitchen, cutlery, glasses, everything you need to warm up some food after a trip. Breakfast is everything you need to start your day of travel. Thank you very much

The hotel is in a serene location with a beautiful view. The only trouble is the poor public transport. But the landlord is amazing, he was dropping me everyday to my workplace and I give an extra start for this very special hospitality.

Everything was perfect!! Very CLEAN, nice rooms, a lot of necessary small things inside, good matrasses, perfect temperature. Very good breakfast and friendly staff! Highly recommended! We will come back for sure!! Excellent balance quality/ price!! Better than more others!!
