The location is close to VIC. A shortwalking distance to the Alte Donau and Kagran Station. You can also walk to VIC, if you want! The Lenas Donau hotel is conveniently accessible from the Airport (vice versa). There is a (VAL 3) Vienna Airport lines that stops at Kagran bruke bus stop and in front of Mc Donald’s, just across the street of Lenas Donau hotel. The Hotel has basically accessible by all means of land transport; Taxi, bus, street train, Underground Vienna Train Ubanh. The hotel is just across to Billa Supermarket and the earlier mentioned Mc Donald’s popular american burger restaurant. The Hotel is just a 3-5minutes walk to big shopping mall, the Westfield Donazentrum Mall. My room at the 4th floor, room 418 has a right side view of the River Alte Donau. The breakfast start at 6:30 am and cost me 15 euro. The breakfast is good and have many choices.

Nothing, because I know what to expect!

The hotel staff were very friendly throughout my stay, and the facilities maintained a commendable level of cleanliness. The hotel's convenient location in close proximity to public transport and a bustling shopping mall is great. Notably, the breakfast offered at the hotel was truly remarkable, boasting an extensive options to cater to diverse preferences.

Regrettably, during one of the evenings, an unexpected incident occurred when the fire alarm was activated around midnight. Tthe untimely disturbance was quite disconcerting, particularly for those of us who had early morning meetings and had wanted uninterrupted rest.

Position of the hotel is great. Close to Alte Donau strand and shopping mall. There is big McDonalds opposite it. It has good tube communication with town centre. The breakfast was nice, especially the kid loved the pancake machine and their taste :) We were situated there second year in a row on our way through Europe.

Parking is very small and as I understood often full. However, the personal was polite and advice me to park on public parking close to the shopping mall (it cost me 6 eur per day and was relatively safe). As the hotel is on busy crossroad, it might be noisy, especially if you have room overlooking it. We would enjoyed more if we get inner room. However, sound isolation was not bad.

The breakfast was tasty and nourishing but expensive (it went up from 15 euros to 16 euros while we were there), so we didn't get it every day. We always drink coffee or tea BEFORE breakfast so it would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room. The staff were friendly and interesting to talk to.

We noticed that they changed the towels when necessary but also when we'd scarcely used them at all. We're always happy to save towels from one day to the next--it means less work for the washing machine.

The breakfast was excellent, perfect for acquiring calories and energy for a touristic stay. The hotel is very close to the U1 metro, which goes directly to the Main train station. Our room was tidy and big enough to have our stuff unpacked, while still having enough space to move around. The staff is very helpful, we could easily leave our luggage behind after checkout to have a bit more sightseeing without having to carry the weight.

Ohh the noise... The hotel is located at quite a busy intersection and the noise-insulation doesn't quite do the job neither for the outside world, nor for the corridor. From the outside, we could easily hear every bike / car that revved their engine up, every honking and such. From the inside, we heard people talking in the corridor, to which my partner woke up from her sleep. Also, we couldn't find a fridge in the room - it wasn't a problem for us, but I can see it being for others who wish to store their food there.

Location excellent (two unground station nearby, big shopping center Donau Zentrum nearby). Breakfast - buffet, good choice, nice service. Reception work 24/7, excellent, polite, help with any question and quickly.

Room cleaning is mediocre, sheets with holes, lay yourself, towels are clean upon arrival and then do not change, looks like they vacuum it every other day. There is no refrigerator and air conditioning, but there is a fan and a TV (never turned it on).

For a three star Hotel I expected things could go bad easily but this was an amazing experience when you consider the price range! Everything was better than expected for the money because I've been to numerous 3 star Hotels that were just hideous. Lenas Donau is located near (10min walk or 2-3 tram stations that are literally in front of the hotel) U1 line that goes directly to the city centre (approx 20min ride). The room and the bathroom were extremely clean with no dust, hair from previous occupants or broken stuff whatsoever but with that cosy but cheap (in a totally positive way!) feel. All in all, if I ever decide to visit Vienna again, I'll definitely go the Lenas Donau again (unless I become filthy rich and can pay for the fifty-star Hotel or something. Btw. I haven't event tried to park within the Hotel, but there is a car park called WIPARK Parkplatz Schrödingerplatz that's just 5-10 min from the Hotel (half-way to U1 metro line, let's say). Price in 2023 was 5 euros for 24h parking which is great!

The location and price were perfect for my stay. there is Billa across the street—Mcdonald's on the other side. The big shopping mall is located within a 10min walk. metro station M1 line is also within 10 minutes walking.

It was a little bit hot, without AC during summer days. TV does not show any English channels. only about 15 channels all in German. I also hit my head on TV holder about 10 times :))) so be careful.

The location was easily accessible to U1 to City Centre and walking distance to Westfield Shopping Complex. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in and early too.

Very basic rooms and outdated. Cost was quite expensive for the quality if hotel. Breakfast was good, but the other menu for dinner was limited. Overall it was fine for me as I was supporting a school trip and suited me.

Subway is just 600 m away, which can take you to the center or every desired place. Tram is just outside the hotel building MC Donald & super market is just opposite the building hence everything about this hotel is perfect, there is a river just 150 m away, breakfast is not included, you have to pay 13 euros, but its fairly enough, posses a lot of items, except waffle but there is pan cakes, sausages, eggs, bacon & much more...

The view of our room was not good, as it was facing the back yard, but its just about room so still its positive
