The apartment is a short 10 walk from the local Kaisermuhlen U-bahn (underground) station. Convenient for the Vienna conference centre VIC and UN. The area is nice and quiet and has local shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is accessed by a key box (if arriving late). Clean, tidy and comfortable is the first impressions of the apartment, then as you explore you find that it is so well equipped. Great comfy bed, good size bathroom with large walk-in shower. Plenty of storage space in the bedroom. We had a little trouble with the A/C, but a quick call to the staff it was soon sorted. The kitchen is well stocked with all you would need, including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and microwave. The apartment overlooked the garden and pool, which residents have access to. Good place for morning coffee or evening drinks and relaxing. The staff are really great and friendly and the apartment is cleaned every day during the week. If your sightseeing the U-bahn is so easy to use and gets you to all the great sights in Vienna. We had a great stay and would recommend to friends and family. I would like to thank the owner and one of the residents for their help on the evening we arrived.

Could do with a key drop off box in the reception for when you leave.

There is a bottle of water in the room upon arrival. There is a hair dryer, a magnifying make-up mirror, handkerchiefs, facial cleansing pads, ear picks, many cupboards with hangers, a large normal-sized fridge and free small chocolates by the entrance. They come to clean every day and the towels are always changed. If they see that it is low on something (e.g. toilet paper), they refill it. It was very clean. What I also liked was that there were curtains and shutters on every window. My late check-out was provided at no extra charge. I especially liked that they pay attention to small details, e.g. there was a towel hook next to the shower cabin. There is also an elevator in the building. The neighborhood is safe, there is a grocery store very close, and public transportation is nearby. Extraordinary place, I highly recommend it!!+++

The shower cabin was very small, you could hardly fit in it, it was a bit confusing. The reception is not open all the time, even during the specified opening hours. It is very difficult to meet live staff, especially if you are not at the accommodation from 8 am to 4 pm. The pre-given key opening code did not work, so I had to call the owner standing in front of the front door in the evening. The phone number given on the booking didn't even ring, luckily there was another one written on the intercom, which I used to reach him. The streets are pretty empty after 6pm, walking alone as a woman didn't feel so good - although no atrocities happened to me.

The room facilities was more than expected, modern and operational. The location is perfect. 10-15min walk to the airport bus lines, to the metro station. Walking by the river in fresh nature. Everything are perfectly organized by the owners. There was cleaning everyday without to ask for it. Large lift. Washing machine for dishes and clothes inside the room, kitchen,oven, even microwave oven and espresso cups machine. Supermarket on the corner. Large yard to dry clothes if in case.

The accommodation provided everything I could wish for on a week's business trip. The accommodation was clean, pleasant, homely - I felt at home. I welcomed the suite with a view of the courtyard. The owners were quick to respond to inquiries sent as messages. Everything during the stay went absolutely fine.

for travellers with a car it would be advisable to note that in Vienna, the new system applies from March 2022 and that it is impossible for non-residents/foreigners to leave the car parked all day in front of the hotel, fortunately the apartment provides the option of paid garages

good place to stay if you have a meeting or conference at the IAEA or UN as it is a walk away. close to the metro station and supermarket is just down the corner of the same building. kitchen was fully supplied with all the necessities needed and the washing machine worked well. place was clean and they had daily housekeeping as promised in the add. The staff and manager were very accommodative and helpful. i had to add another night and they arranged it for me straight away with no hassle. definitely will come to stay here again.

we checked in late at night so we had to get our apartment key from the keybox. We were unfortunately given the wrong keybox and code. However, the manager picked up our calls even though he was sleeping and settled it for us on the spot. we managed to enter safe and sound. Thank you so very much.

The location is walkable to the Austria Center Vienna and the Vienna International Centre. My favorite bakery, Strock, is nearby, so a good breakfast is guaranteed. The apartment is luxurious, super clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you would possibly need, even plastic bags, cooking appliances, kitchen cupboard and fridge stocked with spices, even fresh food! It exceeds any accommodation I have been in, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The property also has a small pool which guests can enjoy. I wish I brought my children with me.

I was placed on the ground floor apartment, which is located next to the garden. Every morning, I got awakened by loud voices of people conversing. I was there for a conference, had to work until past midnight, 2 am, only to wake up at 7.30, an hour earlier than I had planned, every single morning. I thought of asking people to be quieter, but it wouldn't have mattered as I wouldn't be able to go back to sleep anyways. It was quite exhausting but other than this the apartment was perfect.

Great value for the price. Spacious apartment with almost everything what’s needed to enjoy the stay. Clean and quiet. Towels and hand and body wash included.

There was a mess up with our apartment - they left the wrong key in the key locker so we entered the room after someone else. After the call with the host we needed to wait around 20minutes so they bring us the key for the correct room. There were just few coffee capsules (for 3 nights stay), no salt or any other seasonings that could be helpful with cooking.

Cozy and warm apartment with everything you need for a stay. Lovely decorated hall and inner yard, lit up hall and scent of cinnamon in the air- we were there around Christmas time- made us feel very welcome and festive. Exceptional location- a few stops away from the city centre, shopping malls and very close to numerous supermarkets, drugstore and local bakeries- perfect for breakfast, at the same time quiet area. This property is located very close to the Donau Insel, which is a perfect place for runners, bikers, etc. So this property is especially recommended for those who are interested not only in sightseeing but also in some active recreation. Our apartment itself was nice and convenient, with all necessary equipment. The staff was very friendly. There is a nice swimming pool in the backyard, which is a real bonus in the summer heat.

Very friendly hosts, quiet place, clean, a few minutes to the subway. Underground car park. In the apartment, everything you need, a really well-equipped kitchen, it is important because we were with the children. There's a river Donau next to and also a beach nearby, water sports like motorboats and lots of people having a great time. The shop is on the corner and a bakery, restaurants.... Next time we will go to Vienna, we will be booking the apartment there.
