Hotel is very well maintained and rooms have a nice size. I checked in way before official check in time and I was nicely helped. Due to COVID some things were of different standard, breakfast is only take out, which has to be ordered one day in advance with not a lot of choice as you would have on a buffet spread. Bars and restaurant on hotel grounds are good and more choices are available in a 3 minute walk. I will definitely come back.

Breakfast to go had not a lot of choices. Also there is a card in your room saying housekeeping will be there every day, but only changes your sheets on request; this is incorrect housekeeping only comes every other day.

The staff was very friendly, I had an issue with getting the air condition on and front desk sent someone up within 5 minutes to correct the issue with was great. I liked how the property is centrally located with lots of restaurants and activities to keep you busy. Would stay again.

I was disappointed because upon booking the room I had requested a king size bed, which I did not receive, so I called down to the front desk and was told there weren't any more rooms available with the king bed, therefore making my sleep a bit uncomfortable and I didn't get much sleep. The room could've been a bit cleaner, I stayed at the property recently for the year and the room I had then was much better than the one I had on this visit.

This was my second stay at the hotel. Last year it was very quiet due to COVID pandemic. This year there were certainly more guests. Hotel is at a great location, although I did not use the regular water taxi's to the popular beaches myself. Grounds, rooms and open spaces all very well maintained. Staff is very friendly and always ready to assist.

Breakfast isn't very elaborate. One dish of fresh fruits, some bread options for toasting and your selection of egss, bacon and sausages. However no cold cuts, no croissants or other pastries. This is an area where I think the hotel could further improve in.

The bed was soft and comfortable. The location was near restaurants and the breakfast was awesome the staff was nice and helpful, especially at breakfast.

There wasn't any microwave in the ground floor room but in the laundry area. The price we were given for one (1) night was $202.02. We end up paying $323.02 which is $121.00 over the price given by booking.com. This should have been stated before we booked.

Overall the central location, but a car is a must to see the beauty of the island. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We will happily return.

On the first morning (a Saturday) we went to breakfast rather late. The selection and lack of interest from the personell motivated us right out of the room, never to return. Instead we sought out interesting restaurants and cafes offsite.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very peaceful. It was the perfect place to relax and escape from the hectic everyday life. Great location. Close to shopping, restaurants, and beach.

The staff was amazing and always willing to help. The location is great it's right beside the marina and marketplace.

A false alarm went off in the middle of the night, but that could've happened anywhere. I didn't realize until after I made the reservation that there was no direct beach access. This wasn't an issue because there is a free ferry that takes you to Taino Beach.

Beautiful location with very friendly and helpful personnel. Rooms are very spacious, clean and well maintained. Any requests or remarks are dealt with properly.

Breakfast is not what is expected for such a nice hotel. No pastries, very limited cold cuts and even the fruit drinks taste very artificial.

My Reservation was not forwarded to Pelican Bay by Booking.com As a result, when I arrived, the Front Desk had no idea who I was. They immediately went to work, confirmed my reservation, and got me checked in. When I casually mentioned I would be flying out the next day just before noon, they advised and then helped me get my COVID Test just minutes before testing closed for the day. Their initiative secured a comfortable stay for the night and the ability to fly home the next day. They were competent, courteous, and professional. I greatly appreciated their help.

Just one suggestion: While the room was lovely, the bed pillows and mattress were not of the same quality. An upgrade of these two items would result in a perfect "10".

Walking distance to the Lucayan market, to beach, and nice walking lagoon pathways around the property. Ms. Margaret from breakfast staff was very kind and friendly .

Upon checking in, Front Desk informed me, that she couldn’t find my booking without checking my confirmation no.. it got me worried. Other than that our stay was fantastic..
