The hotel has a good welcome, the staff is very polite and helpful. Very nice with a large lobby and the view from my room was a bit mediocre. The elevator needs you to put your room key in the display to take you to your room floor. I really liked it, when I went out in the morning the view I had from my sixth floor up to the lobby, it looked like a miniature of a large Mall and a lot of natural light came in from the ceiling. The room is very large and beautiful. The huge bed, the dark and slightly dated furniture but overall I really liked it. I arrived in Bahrain in the middle of Ramadan and the atmosphere was very calm and very beautiful for me. The location of the hotel is in Juffair, very close (about 5 minutes walk) to the small Lulu mall where you can find everything you need and changing money there has a better rate than changing money at the airport. 2 minutes away, right outside the reception there is a good Lebanese restaurant and other fast food outlets. You find food everywhere but don't expect to eat anything traditional there because Juffair is a tourist area and you find food (although good) for tourists. An 8/10 minute walk away is the Oasis Mall, much larger than Lulù where you can find excellent abayas. Nearby you will find the "Al Jazeera" supermarket where you can find local food, I bought wholemeal Lebanese bread, excellent olives, labneh and zaatar, makdous, salad and fruit for my sohoor in the morning at 3 (of course you have to eat in your room 'hotel). A 15 minute walk away is the Grand Mosque Al-Fateh and in the evening it is so well lit it is beautiful.

Only the bathroom sink which didn't drain perfectly.

Just had a lovely stay at the Panorama hotel and spa where every expectation was exceeded. The hotel itself was beautiful and in a great location central to everything. The room was spacious and everything from air con. to fridge and kettle and shower worked perfectly. And the icing on the cake were the staff namely Thea,Royna and Huthaifa who worked the reception and who were very helpful,respectful, and friendly in fact all the staff were.and their English was so good. All in all a fantastic stay for a good price and good location. Must mention my taxi driver to the airport and back,Abdullah,who was such a nice and friendly man. We enjoyed staying here. There is a restaurant boulevard just a short walking distance from the hotel for good food options. The room we stayed in was very spacious and came with 2 bathrooms. Not much of a good city view, but definitely value for money. The hotel has various clubs and restaurants to try out, which on some mornings one could hear the sound from the 6am club, but it's not a reason to not stay there. They also had a concierge service since our flight was late in the night, which we appreciated. We would book this hotel again.

Front desk has the most professional reception and guests relations in Thea. She really works hard to solve any issues, is super polite, and listens really well. There are massive rooms and so you can easily ask for another bed but there wasn't a sofa bed in the Deluxe as advertised, so they provided one thanks to Thea, recognising this error and giving it a free of charge. Jaccuzzi in the Delux works well.

The biggest letdown is the lack of Gym in such a big space and a Closed swimming pool. They need to drop the spa massage and focus on gym and pool. The feeling of some parts of the hotel and the rooms are dated and I don't know what the owner is doing! He has great staff and wonderful space and location. It just needs updating and modernising a bit especially as Juffair Plaza is so close. The Lounge Joker wasn't frequented by me but if you're going to have such a place then bring it up to date and out of the eighties for goodness sake.

Is everything I could have wanted for a base to visit for the Bahrain Grand Prix. Big rooms, slightly dated but still nice amenities, friendly staff, and a good location with malls and shops nearby for all budgets. Didn’t realise I had booked a suite which had heaps of living space and allowed me to stretch out

It is a busy place especially at night towards the weekend with multiple clubs/discos throughout the building. So it gets a bit noisy with music etc but it didn’t impact me.

Nothing to mention. Everything was so smooth during my stay.

All the staff were exceptionally helpful, and genuinely friendly and always happy to advise or help, in particular the reception staff. The cleaning staff were efficient and thorough, and always happy and friendly. The location was perfect, I have stayed in the Juffair many times over the last ten years, and the Panorama was the perfect location in Juffair for me.

The buffet breakfast was limited for a westerner, however this in no way lessened how impressed I was with the Panorama Hotel, as there are many places nearby where I could get a good western style breakfast.

I got a chance to stay at Panorama for the second time this year for a quick weekend getaway and it remains my favorite. The staff are absolutely fantastic and are always there to help you - from reception, to room service, and even assistance with parking. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the room service is top notch.

There's really nothing to dislike. Panorama is situated in popular area which understandably can be a bit crowded during the weekends. Not to worry though because there's always someone to help you find a convenient parking spot.

Respectful staff in the reception area. They were very accomodating. The dining area staff was also friendly.

The hotel has a CLUB/Party area on the first floor. it was LOUDDDDDD. Despite the fact that I was on the 3rd floor. I could identify the songs and beats.. If you are traveling with family and prefer the quiet/somber atmosphere.. you may be dissappointment between 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. The pool was closed, limited options in terms of actual restaurants on site.

The staff and frontdesk specially Ms. Thea is very helpful and accomodating. They gave us the best room that we could have and some tips roaming around the city. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone that will visit Bahrain.

The Pool was under renovation that time. The television could be improved to smart TV so if they have guest who prefered to watch other movies or channel on TV such as netflix, HBO or their locale channels in their country they can easily select it on their television.
