Great location, The staff were wonderful. They were able to accommodate early check-in. The hotel is well maintained. The restaurant was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset at balcony

Phone system was not working at room Freezer side was over freezing but fridge side was warm

Huge, clean apartment with nice view. Each room has its own bathroom. Living room was very specious. Mr Aly Mahmoud in the reception was very friendly and when I requested for a late checkout although it was Friday, he answered. “ consider it done” which gave me a feeling that I am dealing with a friend not a worker in a hotel. Thank you Amigo 🙂👍🏻. Also Mr Bashar, a nice guy standing behind the desert table in the lobby was very friendly and gave me some good and honest suggestions about my stay in Bahrain.

The lobby in the entrance looks nice but I think it can be improved to accommodate nice coffee shop and seating area to relax and chill.

My husband and I stayed in swiss-bel residences juffair for 21 days and overall had a good experience. The housekeeping was always quick to clean the room, their team consisting of Kingsley,Soe and the others was very efficient. The housekeeping Manager Mr.Sadiq would often come to check if we needed anything. He was very professional along with the rest of his team. The swiss-bistro restaurant had good breakfast and service. Ms. Yasmine, her team and Chef Noor were very accommodating and respectful.

It was a bit challenging to workout in the gym as the music was always very loud and even after requesting the gym instructor to reduce the volume it was still the same. I repeatedly requested him everyday, so I was a bit unhappy about it. The food options in the breakfast buffet should definitely be improved with better coffee selection.

I recently stayed at the Swiss-Belresidences Juffair in Bahrain with my family for a two-night getaway. This apartment-style hotel provided us with a remarkable experience. Some general housekeeping things like a non-working exhaust fan in one of the bathrooms. A leaking shower in one of the bathrooms.

My favorite hotel to stay whenever I need to come to Manama , if you look for a luxurious and elegant property with large living room i strongly recommend this hotel The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The 3 bedroomed apartment we were had all the rooms massive, the open plan for kitchenette, dining and living room👌🏼. The location is great , it was close to where we were having a function. Parking is available, there is a game room, library and chilling rooms upstairs and also a mini cinema. Breakfast was great, we enjoyed.

We were double charged😌. We checked our account 5 days after checkout nothing had been returned to show they had realised their mistake. We called the night we discovered, the person at the reception could not help resolve, she asked us to call in the morning which we did and then got an apology and our refund.
