I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and efficient check-in process. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went out of their way to make me feel welcome and valued. Whether it was the prompt room service, helpful concierge recommendations, or the immaculate housekeeping, every aspect of the service exceeded my expectations. This is my hotel of choice when coming to Bahrain. Although the building, rooms and few things need improvement, I keep coming here and will do at all times. The major reason is staff at the Front Desk. This time the hero was the front desk staff Jamaica. I have seen her few months ago when was under training but this time she was in charge. She was great. She is very professional, tries to do her best to meet customers' expectations. She exceeds such expectations. I was pleased and impressed.

The hotel is located in a very nice spot close to many restaurants, coffee shops and markets. The staff are well trained, supportive and approachable. The check in / check out process was quick and convenient. The car parking is great and safe.

The furnitures are a bit old. The window blinds are not good, they don’t block the sunlight very well.

Clean, refreshing supplies everyday, good location if you have a car or use taxi. Nice and helpful staff. No noise even if there are two bars inside the hotel. Good management of people especially in the night. Recommended for solo travelers.

In the night, the place is crowded because bars and nightclubs are there, and it is difficult to find a place for your car. If you are a guy who likes peace, you may not like it. I did not have any noise because noise reduction and isolation was really good. But downstairs you can see many ladies looking for ‘fun’. I do not complain but if you are very religious type, it may disturb you. Not recommended for families.

Great value for a clean room. Have no illusions, this is NOT a family hotel. Bars and discotheques on top and lower levels. “Business” transactions conducted throughout. If you come with that knowledge, then you will like your stay. Hotel staff were professional and polite. Did not try any of the hotel food options, as there were many choices within walking distance. Which is another thing I like, the location. Plenty of free parking available .

Sound volume at the bars was too loud. There’s a happy midpoint, where the sound is loud enough, yet the patrons can hear each other. This hotel has yet to find that midpoint.

All you need in a hotel is already there, accomodating staff, venue and bars was very nice, thanks to Mr Ravi, Bhim that always give us a big smile and to the breakfast buffet staff Mr Egg man that always prepared my eggs, to Sunshine even shes new there she tried her very best to served us, the Boomers Kuya there that let us entered thank you so much, this kind of hotel that you must try.

This is my first stay here and will not be the last. I was reluctant and unsure if the hotel will be as expected. I was pleasantly shocked with everything from the minute I arrived. Ravi at Reception is my hero. He is always there. Mohamed is great. Also there is another guy from the Philippines who is excellent as well. I have to thank the bell boys there who are always helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel and from now on, it is my first choice in Bahrain. Thanks to all the staff there.

The location is great the view good. I arrived at 19:00 and the front desk staff were great friendly and very helpful. Kudos to Jamaica and her collegue. Sorry i didn't get his name. Then the fellow Ronald from housekeeping very polite and helpful.

Parking spaces a bit tiny so a tight squeeze. The other thing i didn't see any escape floor plans.

The Hotel was quite during the day and noisy during the night, The staff was very friendly and responding specially Maria from Ukraine and Ravi from India.

The beds were too old and soft ...should have been changed since a while. The Hotel is noisy during the night and there is much people coming from abroad.
