Staff were all very friendly and helpful

Having booked a non smoking twin room we were checked into a double room. Changing was no problem, but the twin we were moved to seemed to be a smoking room. The bathroom door wouldn't close.

As I work in hotel business myself, I can rate hotels correctly. Close to the hotel are two shopping malls, one big and one smaller, both with supermarkets. The area is relatively quiet with no direct traffic. The staff at the reception is perfect, all of them, very helpful for any queries I had. They recommended a good rental car company. You need a car to move, it is much cheaper than using taxis. The free of charge transfer from / to the airport is great. I used this service twice. My arrival was at 2:30 in the night, I was delayed due to the mandatory PCR test on arrival; the driver was waiting over an hour. The price performance ratio is good. I had no breakfast because I slept until noon but there were coffee and tea facilities. The staff also set up a microwave without asking for it, very attentive. Even though I stayed on the 13th floor, I didn't hear any noise from the rooftop bar, nice atmosphere up there. On the ground floor, there is the main bar with alcoholic drinks and good cocktails as well as a restaurant with good meat dishes. I am very satisfied. I recommend the hotel to everyone.

Bath towels could be more recent.

The location is great. Very close by to everything we need and the hotel is value for money. Clean room and alright shower. That’s all you need.

The place is tired and could do with some deep cleaning and redecoration. There also seems to be a damp/dusty smell when you get to the room

This hotel was a great surprise for us. Wife and I really enjoyed the night in there. Room was very clean, very cold AC and nice hot shower. Internet was also very good and there was plenty of parking available within the building garage.

The only drawback on this stay was the check in, which took a while to be done.

The room - one bed room suite - is nice and spacious. And the bathroom is spacious as well.

The corridors and elevator landing are dark and creates a claustrophic effect because the lights are not permanently on but triggered by motion-detection sensors. Unfortunately the sensor are not very sensitive and takes time to trigger the lights. Also, no fridge in this room (714).

Clean and reception was cooperative and fast checking in.

ItBreakfast was disappointing with limited food and selection which you can count on one hand. One of the room we given was without fridge and we requested and it took us several calls and didn't get it. A guy who is supervising the restaurant at the breakfast was not cooperative and entertaining customers concerns.

The room service was excellent, their response and support is so fast... Internet speed was excellent... Door man is so professional in taking care of guests... The food is so nice... Having Big Texas Barbeque & Waffle House restaurant in the ground floor is big plus...

The car park area needs cleaning... Room towels are clean but should be replaced...

The bar was good and also the service in there. The food was average at best.

The breakfast was cold when delivered and some staff when asked to provide room service askec me to go to the bar instead, after I clearly asked for room service The staff's basic. English skills need to be improved too, such as their pronunciation and basic vocsb for service work.

We were able to check in 3 hours early free of charge, the rooms were clean, and the hotel had an F1 shuttle. Silent at night (lots of hotels in Juffair have big noise issues) - so that was great too!

Good location.

Noisy AC during the first night of stay. Was given a better room after request to transfer. Breakfast buffet choices were the same for 3 nights stay.
