The hotel staff is very helpful and made our stay pleasant. They solved everything we needed quickly and were always at our service. Big kudos to them. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Free parking is available inside the hotel building, which is great. I think that the price-quality ratio is justified.

The only complaint is the noise from the nearby clubs that can be heard at night. Also, the doors of the rooms are very loud (slamming) while other guests are entering/exiting their rooms. It was tolerable for most of the stay, but one evening we had loud neighbors, so it wasn't very pleasant. But if you have earplugs, you will solve this problem quickly.

The receptionist was very pleasant as was the doorman. The room was a great size and the amenities in the room were better most other places ive stayed. The hotel was in a good location if you want nightlife. Wembleys bar and restaurant was ideally located in the same building.

Not much to not like about the property. Other than can be a bit loud form external sources. Also the room was a bit warm even when bring the room ac down to 20 deg

I like that the reception team were happy, cheerful, and was very fast in checking me in.

Unfortunately, I didn't have all the towels required for my room: The floor towel and face hand towel were missing and there was a missing ironing board cover missing. I had to use one of my towels as a cover. I called Housing keeping at 1pm, but not answered. I had to call reception to have housingkeeping to come and clean my room, but not one showed up after 2hours. I called reception back at 3pm and House Keeping finally showed up; At that time, I've pointed out the missing items and they replaced them on the spot.

The reception staff are very courteous. The check in process is smooth. The property is in the heart of the happening place. Plenty of restaurant choices in the hotel itself. The quality of food is good. If you are a party person, multiple clubs within the hotel premises. The big upside is the ample parking space within the building which does not keep the vehicle hot had it been parked in the sun. This is a relatively new property and is managed very well. The GM personally engages many of the guests which is excellent customer service. The cleaning services are good as they check with you often whether cleaning services are required.

One has to be aware that this is a happening place with clubs. The music is loud and played all night long. So the higher you take the room, the lower the decibels are.

Clean, nice gym, and very helpful staff.

Do not go in this area as a woman - it's the centre for prostitution in Bahrain. However as two guys going for formula 1, we felt safe enough But I absolutely would not go here with my girlfriend - again, do not go here as a female.

Very spacious room, clean and had the basic amenities. The parking was also okay unlike some very crammed ones you see around the Juffair area.

The gym needs some more equipment and they would do well to try and open it for guests on time. Had to call and wait for a long time for someone to come and open the gym door for me.

The receptionist (Maryam) was very accomodating and gave us a room on a floor that was much higher than the club so that my aged mother would not be disturbed much by the sound. The Spa was also a good experience with a lovely soothing massage after a long journey.

The speed at which the doors of the elevators close is rather soon, and for older people (seniors) it could become a problem when they are trying to get in. The lobby could have some Aroma units to give a little better fragrance to the entrance.

As always great stay at Premier Hotel. I had a problem with changing the room and immediately the staff MERY AME changed my room with no hesitation being so helpful and kind. I asked for late check in and NICHOLE immediately agreed with that. SHORIF as always super available and kind for room cleaning. Great job guys!

Sometimes the no smoking policy should be enforced to incompliant customers

My stay was very good, I can say. The location, room size, cleanliness, and parking are all good.

The jackozy of the swimming pool was not working. I asked the staff about that but they ignored it. The hairdryer in the room was not working.

Easy parking and good outlets for F&B

Guest recognition for parking was not as before having been there a week I was still asked if I was staying there
