Loved everything! We booked a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom premium room with sea view and it was fantastic! Huge apartment, modern decor, massive balcony with sea view, laundry room, huge dining area, big comfortable sofa, great kitchen, very comfortable beds. We weren’t expecting such a big apartment and we really enjoyed it. From the moment the hotel picked us up at the airport with the complimentary transfer, we were impressed with the wonderful staff. They always went above and beyond to make sure we received the highest standard of customer service and we were always well looked after and they are very friendly, polite and professional. The on-site shop is also great and there are other excellent facilities including table tennis, kids childcare, pool, gym etc. Location is also excellent with a great selection of restaurants across the street particularly Mohammed Noor Al- Bokhari if you want to eat traditional Arabic food which we enjoyed very much. There’s also a few small supermarkets across the street and a big Lulu’s Hypermarket nearby in Juffair Mall. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay here again.

3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Very comfortable and spacious. It was just what we were looking for.

the mattress on the main bed was hard. But other than that it was a great rental for a long weekend with adult family.

Our apartment has a sea view and is spacious and has three rooms and three bathrooms. It also has a large balcony. It has a washing machine and an iron. The hotel has parking and is close to Manama and Muharraq.

We felt cold because of the air coming in through the windows. And the breakfast is good.

Parking is not available all the time.. so sometimes I have to park my car outside the hotel. Breakfast is not bad but There should be more options and variety.

Apartment was big with 2 rest rooms and all amenities required for short stay with kids. Bed rooms were big, a huge balcony and well furnished kitchen were the highlights.

No extra mattress available. Suhoor not delivered to room. Needs to be collected from reception.

Pool is small and not properly maintained (there were caterpillas on the jacuzzi). Not enough staff to attend on our needs on the amenities area. But they come quick though once you call for assistance or any requests.

Property was fine

Unfortunately, we have stayed in a smaller apartment than the one we had requested. Instead of having the 135 sq meter one as per our we had given the 110sq meter one with the same charge

when they know its out anniversary, they made a special preparation for us such as flowers, ballons , free alcohol wine , and the provide a free breakfast, it was very nice touch from them , after checking out “next day” I recognized that i h lost my iphone EarPods , and call them to ask whether they found it , two days later I visited them and my staff in the reception . it was great stay from all angels.

there is no signs to the elevator in the underground parking. it would be much better and easier if available

Staff were friendly, house keeping was good. Kitchen was large and had all that you desired. 2 bedroom executive was very spacious and had a large living room, good for 4-5 persons and a 6 seater dining table for meals.

Location was a bit off, nothing much around the property. Sound from the street were echoing into our room. Air-conditioning was common were both rooms and living room, not individual for each room. Hot water in tap was not instant and one had to wait for sometime to come. Property does not have any room service. Getting a taxi is not easy, have to wait for 5-10 mins.
