the staff (especially the bar staff) are sooooooo nice! the hotel is also right on the beach and it is beautiful!

the water pressure was bad and it was really hard to have a shower. after being on the beach and having sand in places sand shouldn’t be you really wanted to have a wash. this was reported on several occassions but it don’t really improve. this also meant you couldn’t always flush the toilet. the food was mediocre but there are local places to eat instead. i would have liked an all inclusive option, even though the food wasn’t great we spent a lot of our time venturing out to get food and so it would have been nice to be able to get food and drink there. also we had a room that looked out onto a yard that wasn’t very nice to look at. it was fine but perhaps they could do some work to this land??

The room and buffet was exceptional House cleaning was so polite Front desk was polite and responsive to my needs I'll definitely return I'll tell all my friends and work I'll return soon The chef was so great he remembered my breakfast eggs just how I ordered the day before

Last two days I had a noisy neighbor who talked loud and I could hear them come in at 3 am in the morning There was a party and the music was disturbing for me ...

The hotel was situated strategically with restaurants and shops within a few meters from each other. A sprawling building situated on Rockley Beach, overlooking the Caribbean Sea. It had several swimming pools for good measure. Memorable stay for me and my family. Very clean room, clean towels and bath facility. Good value for money. Can't wait to return one day.

Some of the furniture was a bit dated. The wooden panels that covered the sliding doors, specifically. Not too much of a problem as it added a vintage touch to our experience overall.

Great location that was walking distance to restaurants and shops. The beach was accessible and clean. The front desk lady Anika was so incredibly nice.

The water pressure in the shower was pretty low. and the toilet was hard to flush.

Pricey and ordinary food at Restaurant. Hotel needs some repairs in certain areas .

We stayed in rooms 303 and 304, which had a sea view, so were pretty good rooms. Unfortunately they backed on to the beach car park and there was a very noisy gardener using petrol power tools to tidy the area one morning, at 5am !!! No fault of the hotel though.

We only ate in the hotel once, and that was at the Asian restaurant and to be honest, it wasn't worth the price we paid, as some of the dishes had run out. Pleasant surroundings though, if you don't want to venture out. We originally booked for ten nights and I am glad we didn't stay that long, as there isn't much going on to keep youngsters occupied. We changed to five night and then moved up the coast to another hotel for a change of scenery.

Great location and pool area. we were upgraded to an ocean front room with jacuzzi. Loved the buffet breakfast.

Fan didn’t work although aircon worked well would have been nice to have option of fan. we reported it daily maintenance came and was told would be replaced but it wasn’t. we did get a 10% reduction on our bill to compensate.

Staff very friendly...Onika at front desk was amazing The cleaning staff especially Janelle was very pleasant.... The restaurant staff was always willing to assist. The night we took dinner the meal was devine.......

The wifi was a bit unstable I had made a request for a late check out and got an approval free of charge but yet the date we were checking out a staff at front desk didn't know about it and it wasn't in the system either and I was almost charged for a late checkout...but once I showed the email that it was approved I was granted the extra hours free of charge.

location was great my husband loved the omelettes.

My first day check in experience where i was turned around i came back the next day and the young lady with the short hair and glasses helped me and everything was smooth sailing from there. I came to Barbados to visit my sick aunt i didn’t make it on time i found out she passed when my plane landed i didn’t get to say goodbye i was originally staying at my husband’s childhood home i came to Acra for a piece of mind to relax so you know my story

Room matched request. Oceanview was lovely. People were terrific..we added another day and were able to stay in the same room. Would have liked breakfast to be included. Otherwise, a great experience and location for our daughter's wedding.

No breakfast. So, all our guests had to shop across the way.
