Very nice small hotel sharing the facilities and grounds with the Blue Orchid hotel. Very spacious room and bathroom with useful kitchenette including a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, etc and enough equipment to cook stuff if you wish; we didn't! There is enough storage and a safe, the bed was huge and comfortable. We had a lovely balcony with the most amazing view of the sea and beach, the ground floor rooms have a patio and less privacy. There is a lift. The staff are helpful and happy to book restaurants and taxi's if needed. The position was good, plenty of restaurants nearby and two supermarkets within a few minutes walk, it's also on a bus route. The crowning glory was the fabulous, clean sandy beach with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. It was mainly only used by residents so always quiet and not crowded. Be aware groceries are very expensive in Barbados but eating out reasonably priced in most restaurants. The locals use the Worthing Square food court for dining and takeaways, about 7 mins walk away with lots of choice from various van outlets. I'm not sure why Booking.com rated it an 8; I would give it at least a 9.

The hotel was great value for the on beach location and facilities offered. Obviously you can't expect 5 star facilities such as room service etc. The rooms were clean and cheerful but, especially the bathroom, quite dated. However it was spacious, with a good shower. There is a restaurant on site with a fairly limited menu but good for breakfast or lunch. It can be open in the evening but only if booked in advance, we didn't use it.

Because there was a problem with my booking I got upgraded. The upgrading was excellent.

Although the beach location is very good I could not get a drink from a beach bar during mid-afternoon. There is a restaurant but it was closed when I wanted to use it, Also, I considered the atmosphere at the restaurant somewhat lacking in warmth . Not particularly welcoming.

From the moment I stepped in my room and saw the view, I was in love! Hearing the waves was so relaxing. It was a perfect place for a workcation/ staycation. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Although the waves were a little rough for me (non-swimmer), they would be perfect for boogie boarding or for folks who can swim. The location was perfect. It's walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants, as well as St. Lawrence Gap and a short drive into Bridgetown.

The hotel has an excellent location on Worthing beach. The sea view from the rooms is priceless. As well the hotel’s walking distance to stores, restaurants, night life, bus routes and all the other necessary amenities is a bonus.

Nothing to really dislike about this well kept property!

Great location and right on the beach

No bar and the restaurant was not that good. Fortunately many great bars and restaurants were very close to the hotel.

Excellent location right on a lovely, quiet beach. Very relaxing vacation, staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. Lots of really good restaurants and bars within walking distance. These ranged from Champers to the food trucks at Worthing Square which were excellent. Large Massey Supermarket close by. Kitchen facilities in room adequate.

Some noise from the road - but the noise of the sea/waves was louder than the road! Did not try the restaurant - but it did not have a great reputation for dinner.

The locations is very affordable and has easy access to a lot of popular places to visit

Not much option in the menu at the restaurant. I went to celebrate my son’s birthday and the restaurant didn’t have anything to write or say happy birthday. But the waiter was nice to write happy birthday with ketchup on his plate with his meal. It wasn’t a great but it wasn’t all bad. Maybe that is something they can add to their menu special occasion or add a special treat or something but overall I love everything about the hotel. Will stay there again when i visit

The location was excellent for nearby restaurants and bars but there was a good deal of traffic in the daytime. Fortunately all the bedrooms are at the rear of the building and have sea views.

It would have been useful to have had an information leaflet in the room providing details of mealtimes, hotel facilities etc. although the staff were all very helpful.

Excellent location right on the beach. Lovely, helpful staff. Supermarket and various other facilities (bars, shops, restaurants) within easy walking distance.

The hotel is comfortable but beginning to look a little shabby in one or two areas, for example the skirting boards / tiling in the bathroom. I had to ask for the toilet to be fixed a couple of days into my visit but this was done very promptly and there were no further problems.
