All staff were so lovely and polite! The bed was also very comfortable and they actually gave me a double bed rather than two singles like a lot of other hotels do for some reason. There was a TV, a kettle with some coffees and teas, plenty of toiletries and towels in the bathroom, and USB charging which was fortunate as I didn’t bring the correct travel adapter for Belgium. Be aware that it’s a while away from the centre of Brussels, but there is a tram stop which takes 60 seconds to walk to so it wasn’t really a problem for me. It is right near the Atomium, Mini Europe and a stadium and there are bars and restaurants on the street

Room was a little smaller than I expected, particularly the bathroom. It definitely wouldn’t hurt to refurbish and modernise the rooms a little. To be fair, it seems quite common for all Best Western hotel rooms to be in need of an upgrade, not just this particular hotel. I arrived quite late at night and needed a drink and a small snack, so was a little disapproving see the vending machine completely empty.

The room is small but clean. The breakfast has a very large selection and everything is fantastic. Тhey even had empty croissants that I could eat with chocolate cream. :) The location is quiet. In the immediate vicinity of the sports hall Palais 12, which I needed. Next to the hotel is the Marathon cafe, which is open until late (02:00h) and you can relax after a long day in their space with a drink, music and light food... At the reception, they wanted to arrange a taxi for me to the airport.

The rest room at the reception has working hours. They wouldn't let me stay up late at night even though I was just using my phone on silent. There is no small fridge in the room. I wanted to cool the water. We lost the final match at the Woman European Volleyball Championship. That was the worst. I am just kidding a bit. :)

I mainly booked the hotel because it was close to the venue that we needed to attend for the weekend. But it actually turned out to be a really cosy place. The hotel is small, but very comfortable. The beds were great, only concern I had was that the showers were leaking water due to the poor doors. So the bathroom floor was basically flooded after a shower. Apart from that, the room had everything I needed for the price. I also enjoyed the location even though it was out of the city. It was easy to get to using Number 6 Metro Line and the hotel is literally the last station on that line, can’t miss it. Takes like 23 minutes into the city, to it’s a good option for those who want to save by not staying in the city itself. In saying that, there were some hotels cheaper in the city, but judging by their online pictures, this place was a far better option for a little more in cost. I would recommend to people who like the quiet, don’t mind a little train travel and who want to save a little on accomodation costs by staying a little further out. I loved my stay personally, and would definitely rebook again.

Bathroom could be improved so water doesn’t leak from the shower.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Expo, the facilities matched the price. Breakfast had a reasonable selection of cold meats, Cheeses, eggs, cereal etc. we stayed to watch a football match, the stadium is right opposite the hotel was a handy distance. Getting into the centre of Brussels was easy via the metro or Tram with stops near to the hotel.

They had some air conditioning engineers installing new units outside our window but this was only for a day and to modify the hotel so not really an issue with the hotel.

The location: Immediate are of Metro station by Atomium and Stadium Staff: Very helpful and accommodating Price: Very good cost / performance ratio Cleanness: Everything was in good and clean condition Room facilities: Everything important was available and in good condition

Location of the room: Was in a side area and not in the hotel itself. Window in the ground floor was towards the scruffy backyard Size of the room: It was very small. But we expected that. And for the price and just staying one night it was more than fulfilling. Wrong room: It was a double room instead of the booked twin room. But both staff and manager were very accommodating!

Location 5 seconds from the metros and walking distance to the Atomium/design museum and more...The staff were helpful kind and pleasant. The room compact but very comfy bed and great shower. Great breakfast with delicious coffee it set me up for the day! Hotel was quiet considering all the public transport is on your doorstep, slept so well. Any questions the staff were so great to help they were pleasant and made me smile and laugh every day! Big thumbs up from me and excellent value too and very clean. Nice big sized flat screen tv in the room but didn’t watch it and there’s a little gym for working out but didn’t use that either haha free maps of the city at reception/free wifi. Was greatful for the complimentary shower gels/shampoos because didn’t bring mine-supermarkets are walking distance. Metros are in a nice little green area just around corner and an excellent taxi service the front desk booked for me (Wanted to be at the airport a little earlier €38 for taxi from hotel v good and easy)

The plug sockets nearest the coffee stand and the bed were too low down touching the shelf this meant you couldn’t plug anything in at those sockets. If I wanted to make a cup of tea or charge my phone I had to use a plug over by the cupboard. They say it’s bad to charge your phone near your head so it was charging over the other side of the room. Would have been nice however to be able to make tea/coffee near the coffee stand and only one working plug a bit annoying. Could have just been my room with the badly placed sockets

My wife and I loved everything about the Hotel Expo. The staff, the room, services, breakfast, FREE car park. Everything was Great. Also an elevator to the floors. Although the hotel is outside of Brussels Centro area. the walk to the Metro is 5 minutes to either the Tram or Metro itself. About 4-5 bistros & restaurants close by. Nice quiet residential area.

The stay was Wonderful. Period.!!!

Near to mini Europe and Atomium

The breakfast a little… careless. One day there are not spoon, other no fork, other no bread, other no dishes … and one day nobody was there to help you with the basic absences. If the women who are in the kitchen would give more attention… could be everything fine but… you could heard they laughing all the time inside and you are a little abandoned with incomplete breakfast.

Clean room with a comfy bed and not much else (as expected). WiFi was fast, shower was nice (plenty of hot water was available quickly), parking was available at hotel's own parking space. Location was perfect for visiting Atomium area. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was above expectation.

Curtain could have been a little thicker to block out sunlight a bit more. Cleaning staff did not respect the "do not disturb" sign. Otherwise all good.

Loved it! Location was right next to the public transportation and it was very easy to get around town. The staff was incredible and the free breakfast was definitely very nice! Amazing for the money you pay.

The only issues was the wifi was very slow which was a bummer because I did really need it one day & there is no air conditioning and we happened to get to Brussels during a heatwave so just keep that in mind during the summer months
