I appreciated the kindness of the staff that welcomed us with an unexpected upgrade. The room was nicely decorated in "carbon style". Shower was very good. comfortable the washing products dispensers, even the body cream one, linen was in good conditions, tv was ok, no bad smells in the room and from the pillows. Location is also very good. Really nothing to complain. Thank you once again to Carbon hotel.

The room was very spacious and the bed quite comfortable. I liked the bathtub although it was a bit time taking to fill in (and hard to regulate the temperature). The location was perfect.

The room had some spiderwebs on the ceiling and the bathtub was not perfectly clean. The staff at the reception was not exceptionally cordial when we arrived The price is a bit high, considering also that it doesn't include breakfast. The breakfast had a lot of pre packed food and it would be nicer, considering the price, to have a more fresh selection. Finally, the room main colour is black, which is glamourous, but it makes the room very dark and the lighting could compensate for that in a batter way

Wonderful stay. I got a room upgrade that made my stay even better. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The rooms are all located at the back of the hotel so you don't experience any noise from the street. The breakfast is so good, I can only recommend. You are free to use the wellness facilities during your stay so another plus! I am definitely coming back.

Very modern room and bathroom in “carbon black” atmosphere. Easy access to the underground safe parking facility. Location is a good starting point for bicycle trips. Delicious Italian restaurants nearby.

Location is great, easy parking underneath, room very modern and spacious, breakfast is excellent, staff very friendly.

I am not a big fan of black interior, black curtains hat white spots, not clean, 2nd floor is not recommended due to A/C unit noise. Breakfast is expensive when not included in room price.

Nicely designed hotel, spacious + quiet rooms and super close to train station.

The lighting system is a little over-engineered / complicated. Had to call reception, as I failed the intelligence test of having to figure out where all the switches were :)

The room was amazing, breakfast was heavenly, the interiordesign fabulous and the beds.....lovely. Good location.

The quality of the TV was very poor. Wrong resolution and very blurry and small.

Quite an unusual room setup, but I liked it overall, it was something original and of good quality. Great amenities in the sauna area.

The room was very spacious and shower was great. Staff were friendly and the connected car parking was very handy, especially as the car park payment could be made at hotel reception.

Modern trendy hotel with a nice black theme. Spacious rooms with comfortable bed, shower and bath. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Practical online check in services.
