The rooms are very big, the bathrooms as well and all super clean. The swimming pool is always appreciated, the lounge with the pool table was definitely a plus. The library is such a peaceful space when you travel with kids and want to isolate for a bit. We really enjoyed it.

The breakfast room even if huge, was very noisy and you could smell the food already from the corridor. Maybe it may need a better ventilation. By the way, not a big issue.

It is a nice place, clean, nice breakfast. It takes about 15 min to reach the beach on foot. Cycling is the best activity for the area.

I had a standard room. I found it a bit price for what it offered.

Breakfast more than satisfactory

Advised by reception evening meal started at 6pm and to just turn up When we arrived the gentleman front of house was quite rude as we had not booked. We explained this had not been made known to us, and he just kept repeating we should have booked. Needless to say there were plenty of empty tables and food

Very nice hotel! Certainly more than 3 stars. We enjoyed the many children rooms and facilities. Great swimpool and breakfast.

The receptionist was not friendly and let us wait 15 min before helping us. She was on the phone and even didn’t look at us or provide us any sign that she would help us soon, quite rude. She is the only negative remark about our staying.

The staff were friendly and the room huge. The breakfast was continental with plenty of options. Very comfortable stay for the price.

We arrived quite late and there’s very few options to get food onsite or nearby after 8pm

Everything 😊The hotel complex is really nice and very well situated, quietly resting in the middle of the dunes but in a short walking distance from the beach and boardwalk with restaurants and shops. The gardens and facilities are really nice and you even have a mini-golf course and playgrounds for children.Everything is very very clean, bathrooms are huge and spotless with bathtub and shower in bath.Rooms are comfortable with a big wardrobe and desk.The swimming pool and spa facilities are really great and renewed with a beautiful sundeck and view of the dune area.The breakfast buffet has a good selection of everything you need to start the day well.The staff is very friendly and courteous.Lots of activities are proposed daily and you can find a lot of information about things to do at the Belgian coast in the hotel lobby. The free and secured parking area is very practical.The hotel complex is not about luxury but is a very family orientated, calm, laid-back and down-to-earth hotel complex with everything you need for a great beach holiday in Belgium.

Nothing to dislike, maybe the mattress on the bed could be updated so it would be even more comfortable and the room decoration could be refreshed a bit to make it look more "2021" but those are really unimportant details.

For a single person booking directly, they would have charged only half the price which I paid via booking. com

Location was great, food was what we expected,, breakfast very good. Staff very friendly.

Maybe a little tired looking, was a bit like going back to the 80s but that was fine for us.

Everything was very good, exactly as expected. Staff exceptional... really helpful in facilitating the pick up of a left-behind bag. Interesting property, nice location.
