room assigned to us was great. this is a family suite and bug enough to allow us to have our privacy and comfort. the breakfast was great. we got variety of food and the quality was well done. the cigar lounge was the best. service is slow but really well managed. Chelsea worked alone to serve everyone in Caprice and she managed well and still managed to leave a smile on our face. and the other gentleman who helped me with my cigar was also best. he really know how to make you feel important.

there was a sign outside that spa and massage is available but when I asked about availability, it's the long weekend and nobody works at this time. so why advertise this outside.

lobby& bar are very trendy and nice style good cocktails very good massage that i could book last minute right next to the shopping street with nice brands very friendly staff all over

the bathroom could do with a litlte upgrade to have the same style as the rest of the hotel forgot to reserve the parking space but there was plenty availablity

Room was nice, room staff very friendly. I liked the breakfast included in the room price, was very complete and tasteful.

A pity that there was more than one building renovation in the street and one morning the noice woke me at 5 o’clock! It was not expected when you are on holiday! (Of course was not the hotel’s responsibility)

Perfect two minutes walking to the beach and to the shopping street! Staff were super friendly! Breakfast was superior!

Check-in couldn't be done before 15.00. No closet in superior room. No any additional like slipper, iron. The hairdryer in the bathrom was old and was overheating.

Breakfast Buffet was more than ok. we had a 02 twinbeds room, comfy and practical! Good accoustic isolation. Position is just perfect, in front of the beach, less than 1 min walking and you are there! Six euro/day parking in the streets around the hotel, so don't use the Public parking (18/day) but walk a little further instead to park your car. Just in front of atelier/shop DIERENDONCK, perfect for buying saucisson or other delicacies to eat for a aperitivo on the beach around 1830hr with the prosecco offered at the hotel's reception on your arrival! Great team, professionalism, all you can hope for a high standard hotel at a reasonable price.

One detail: the doors quality and design in the room do not fit with the hotel standard :) Nothing else beside that tiny detail! All the rest was perfect!

Rooms in need of renovation, especially the room toilet: old and not exactly in good shape...

Very well located near everything: beach, shopping street, restaurants etc. Staff at the reception incredibly kind and helpful, we really appreciate it. Very well organized taking into consideration all the Covid measures. Inside parking very well explained and easy to access, 18 euro / day (2 minutes from the hotel). Breakfast ok, room service available. The room had a nice terrace. We will come back for sure, highly recommended.

Not much light in the bathroom. You can hear a lot of noise from the room next door.

Our room didn't have a good view... But it was still a great room.

The superior room is very nice and a lot of space. I think that we have the chance to get a new room.
