The hotel is in the center of pedestrian downtown. I parked the car 4 floors below the reception and walked everywhere in town.

It would be helpful, if the hotel's website described where the parking is and how to get there. I used the address of the hotel for the GPS, but it took me outside of pedestrian zone. Only when I walked into the hotel, the receptionist explained that I need to input "Anneau Central Nord" to find the entrance to the parking.

The staff was very helpful when we wanted to change to a quieter room

There should be some information on parking on the website. It was very difficult to find being in the city for the first time and not knowing all of the parking is underground and which one to choose exactly. We didn't use the spa as it was for additional cost and you had to book a one hour slot.

Well located, very central. Very clean. Very cozy, great rooms. Easygoing and professional staff. Good facilities (especially the gym and spa/wellness). Pretty decent hotel overall.

Pricey. 100€ a night is expensive. And you pay extra for the parking and wellness on top, so it's it can get to 150€ a night easily. I'm sure they could do better value for money wise..

Very nice and comfortable room. Beds are great and the staff is super nice and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. The restaurant is really good and also here the staff is excellent.

The only minor flaw of our stay was the fact that it was not clear to us that usage of the kitchen in our room costs 10 euros a day. This was not visible on booking nor in the information email. The breakfast is good, but after a few days a little more variation would have been welcome.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were decent and clean. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean as well.

Though, asking up front if it was possible to have a vegan breakfast, the only food I could eat was fruit. Luckily I always bring some food of my own but I would’ve liked some bread and maybe some soy yoghurt. The use of the facilities such as sauna and gym were not included in the price and quite expensive for the time slots you could use them.

Clean, modern well appointed rooms. Online description stated that parking at the Grand Place would be 15€ per day, but we were only charged 2€ (arrived after 1800 Saturday and departed before 0830 Sunday), so that was a pleasant surprise.

Option to have an "a la carte" breakfast - we only wanted coffee and a croissant.

Extremely good location, friendly staff and lovely breakfast. The spa facilities were excellent.

The decor in the rooms was very grey and plain. It was not very cosy compared to the communal areas downstairs.

Describe a bit better how to get yo your garage, which is under the entire pedestrian town. I was lost and gps didn't help. The receptionist told me to put into gps 'Anneau Central Nord" - that helped!

Everything is still very new, very quiet and cleaned, really cosy room with everything you need. Very comfortable bed, and central position close to the station and university.
