There was ample space in the triple room. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. It was ideally located for the main attractions and town squares. Easy to get to from the train station.

The only socket in the main room was under the desk making it difficult to access and use

close to the center easy, fast, convenient we travelled with out 3 year old, very satisfied for 2 nights, breakfast ok, bar ok

12 euro parking for the car… but at least you are calm and safe. and the backdoor parking is really cozy and close. no vegetables at breakfast, but this is complaining at a high level.

The stuff where wonderful the hotel very acceptable maybe it is just a sign of the times but I would obviously have liked it being a hundred pounds cheaper

The hotel is quite basic, but has everything you need for a few nights.

I would have tried the breakfast, which looked quite yummy, if only they had vegetal milk (e.g. soya milk). I was told that they had none and that I should have "booked" it in advance, as it is an expensive food and they don't normally hold it in storage (...)

The staff was helpful. It was conveniently located to the city center and the citadel.

The elevator was broken. The third floor button was missing and was just covered with duct tape.We were disappointed that the front desk did not at least notify us that we would need to use the stairs.

Nice rooms with comfortable beds Parking

When we wanted to eat on the 2nd day in the Ibis, the person at the reception first said it was not possible as we was alone and could not do the kitchen and the reception. He finally agreed. This was strange and not nice as the 1st night, we had drinks in the bar and a few people were eating which obviously demonstrates that the receptionist can cook (the frozen prepared food) and take care of the reception. The real reason is probably that he was too lazy

Its in a great location and the old town just a few minutes walk, the area felt very safe. The reception staff were very nice and the gated parking for my motorcycle was excellent. Breakfast was pretty good also.

This was a really nice stay. Nice staff, good room, close to train station and restaurants. Not far from Namur citadel and city center. Fun visit. Area of town was good. Doing some renovations/new build nearby but didn't notice any disturbance. Going to be stunning when done.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel thus I can not say anything good or bad about it. One of the reasons to choose the hotel was the parking which worked well for us. It is a small parking but it is well protected. I also liked the location of the hotel.

room was too cold ( outside it was hot), so I had to put a little heater on (in Summer!). The airco cannot really be turned off.. The room remains too cold. I was told this is only a problem in Summer..
