The familyroom was a nice surprise! There were even kids versions of the shower mini's and the kids felt very special! We really liked the location right in the middle between the Netherlands and Paris. And the hotel was very clean and neat. The food in the restaurant was also great! And the portion size was enormous! Worth your money.

Kids are only allowed in the indoor pool for certain hours. Which is fine, but in the morning the timeslot isn't very convenient. From 7 till 9:30. Kids during vacation sleep in a bit later and usually have breakfast. Fortunately the weather was good enough to go to the outdoor pool a bit longer. Oh, and the pillows are a tad tiny compared to the huge bed.

The restaurant and bar was really nice. The room was big and nicely decorated.

It's a bit remote if you don't have a car. The restaurant closed at 10.30pm so by the time we arrived there was no options for eating.

Everything about the new refurbished hotel was great except sometimes there was no hot water to shower. Secondly the tiles in the bathroom are very slippery when wet making them a major slip hazard. Apart from that everything was great .

The hotel was clean and also surprisingly vibrant which we enjoyed in the sense that the bars and restaurants were full and with atmosphere. The food at the restaurant was excellent and staff kind.

The room was very hot and even with the airco on and window open it made for a little bit of an umcomfortable night. Even though the beds were good. The breakfast was chaotic and too busy. Hard to get even a cup of coffee.

It's beautiful and looks very new, a lot of greens around, has a cool outdoor pool, a very nice bar, no need to leave the place at all (it's hard to go anywhere anyways) :) A standard room was sweet, spacious enough and cozy and I'm truly grateful to the staff for my exceptionally early check-in, and for answering all my questions (too many) patiently❤️

Was great. We were with two kids and had a great room that was attached but not in the same exact room. Sam at reception seemed to be there 24/7 and was so nice and helpful. Great Hire!

The front desk staff, restaurant staff and bar staff are always friendly and helpful.

The Air Conditioner in the room was not good so the room was hot and had a musty smell.

It was a family room and big enough for 4 people. Rooms are clean and Beds are comfortable. There is a big shopping area close by which was really helpful. Overall it was a great experience.

Great hotel situated near the motorway and a shopping center, not far from the center of Nivelles. Staff was very kind and friendly. The room was excellent; comfortable and with direct access to the external swimming pool

Lovely atmosphere in the public areas and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very good and set me up for the day.

Location was good for overnight stop but it would have been better if it was little closer to the centre of Nivelles so you could enjoy a stroll in the evening.
