The owners were really nice and helpful. The room was very clean and very comfortable. It was modern and nicely decorated. The dog, Lola, was very cute and well behaved. We got a nice little breakfast in the morning.

The place is 20 minutes walking distance from the train station and 40 minutes from Waterloo city center. There is infrequent taxi services in the area, so traveling with public transportation is challenging. It was rainy and the door to outside was leaking water into the room. The shower wasn't draining very quickly and leaked into the room.

Lovely place to stay. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice too. We requested evening meal on our second night and received a 3 course meal with beverages and was delicious.

`Nothing to dislike, but We didn't know that we had to pre-book evening meal 24 hours prior. Not a problem though as only a 5 minute drive into town where there are plenty of restaurants.

Well it isn't true that I didn't like it, but the accommodation was further from the centre of Waterloo than I had imagined. However, it was a quiet road, and had we had SATNAV it would have been much easier to find!

The hosts were very polite and helpful! Lola (their dog) is very nice and playful! The breakfast was very good and varied. We asked i advance if theg could provide us with something vegan for breakfast and they took care of it! We really appreciated that!!! The garden is truly beautiful and well taken care of. There is a pool that is also regularly cleaned. The area around it is quiet and suburban. There is a very good Italisn restaurant within walking distance and Waterloo centre is not that far away on foot (35-40 mins). Toiletries were offered including shampoo/conditioner. There is a small fridge in thd room with things you can buy. Coffee machine available in the room.

There is no door to separate the toilet from the rest of the room. Not possible to make tea in the room.

Lola, the dog, is super 😍 Breakfast was lovely. Hosts are friendly but not 'busy'.

the hosts are really nice, their house is beautifully decorated, and clean, there is a heated swimming pool, and a jaccuzi too. If you choose to eat there, you will be delighted by the quality of the food.

nothing everything was perfect

It was lovely and cool, shady which was ideal for a hot weather break. Although compact the room had everything we required and sufficient space to relax in, the small outside space was lovely as well.

There was no asp we didn't like.

The hosts were simply amazing. So courteous and kind, breakfast was lovely and they were very accommodating. Really hope to be back!

Nothing to complain!

A beautiful B&B suit with all possible facilities. Comfortable bed. Friendly owners with a lovely border collie. What’s not to like.
