I stayed at The Tangla hotel for two days first and then spent 4 nights at The Panorama. Hotels in Brussels are expensive (the price of a nice luxury hotel in London)! I went to Brussels for surgery so I had to pay. Although the clinic recommends Tangla (and I understand why as it is more luxurious) the Panorama I felt was much better for post-op recovery. It was quiet, quaint and cosy and it felt like home. The staff were amazing, one actually gave me a lift and they give you extra pillows for a very comfortable bed.

There was no gym or swimming pool like the other hotel but I wouldn’t have been able to use them post-op anyway. Breakfast finished at 9am which could have been later Hotel prices I believe are way too expensive in Brussels and there is really very little to see so I can only imagine that the prices are that way due to large numbers of visitors coming to the clinic nearby

it’s a beautiful place. Staff is excellent. they go out of there way to help. Johann is a gem. It’s a tennis academy plus hotel. We were lucky to watch the tennis tournament taking place. It was like one big family. Restaurant is excellent. Food is exceptional & really affordable. One day we’ll come again. Thank you for superb hospitality 🙏

There’s nothing to dislike. I knew what I was booking. Incase future guests don’t read n understand the details : the hotel is outside Brussels. It’s accessible with your own car. From the bus stop it’s quite a walk. plus the journey from Brussels to Overijse. If you can afford a cab then well n good 👍🏻

The hotel is deep in a village or something likewise, quiet place. The price/service ratio is perfect. Free big parking, good enough breakfast, the room was decent - clean, nothing is broken, not too old, even has heating.

I wouldn't imagine being possible to get there not by car. Also the halls on the living floors have a very old smell. In the room there was no any smell. In the room the only problem was that the toilet seat lid can't stay up :D. So you have to hold it open with one hand when doing small stuff, and it will lay on your back when doing big stuff. Don't know if the same problem exists in other rooms.

I have never experienced a hotel that put so much effort into making sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Each member of staff went above and beyond to meet our need, always with a smile on their faces. I want to thank everyone from I think it was Ivan for the warm welcome when we arrived and bringing extra pillows to our room, along with the lovely ladies who helped with transport and was happy for us to stay in our room until we needed to leave for our flight. Thank you all so much for making mine and my daughters stay so pleasant. I intend to return later in the year with my husband I was so impressed.

The journey from Heathrow to Brussels.

Compared to the Hotels in Brussels this location is located in a green area, bit outside of town. But very nice breakfast and comfy rooms, much less heat inside and a balcony to sit outside, friendly staff and overall relaxed atmosphere. Belgium often isn´t cheap but good value compared to downtown rates.

The hotel rooms are very basic but lovely and clean! The bed/pillows are comfortable! The staff are the best we have ever known at a hotel, so kind, friendly and can’t do enough for you. Highly recommended The hotel is however about 30 mins from the centre of Brussels, taxi/Ubers are easy to book! About 20 mins walk from the hotel are a few restaurants or McDonald’s! It’s very quiet around this area but lovely!

We were made so welcome on arrival and our dog too! We ate an excellent evening meal and the breakfast was also very good. We were only stopping over for the night after crossing the Channel and this was a good choice. The hotel is surrounded by woodland, which we liked.

The hotel is close to a major road, which was rather loud right through the night. As small details go, there was nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels.

We arrived late in the evening after our car broke down. The staff was so kind and helpful! We could even eat although the kitchen was already closed. The next morning they took us to a nearby station so we could travel back home. Amazing people. The hotel is located in a green and quiet area next to a tennis club. It has a nice restaurant offering good breakfast and a good menu. Rooms are big and comfy.

I have stayed at Hotel Panorama twice now whilst visiting BeClinic and I am due to visit again in January. I am nothing but impressed by this hotel and their staff. Yes, it’s a little dated but the staff are brilliant and try their hardest with requests, food is more than edible and if you are visiting for the purpose of BeClinic, it’s only a 15/20min walk!

The staff were incredibly helpful, understanding and honest. I can not thank them enough for everything during my visit. The food was really nice and had a great selection of drinks also. Would definitely return to this hotel.

There is honestly nothing I would change!
