Good location. Modern. Clean. Italian Restaurant and bar are on the corner but it depends who serves you weather you like it as the surroundings are sterile. We had one good night in the Italian restaurant (served by Rashid) but the next day the service there was horrible. So we left in a bad mood before ordering. We then went to Cafe Soleil and had a great time because the staff there was great as they understood our situation (food comes from same kitchen as restaurant).

Hotel and football stadium are a strange combination. It looks and feels huge but the rooms are in one corner of the stadium and the reception is on the other side. In between you have to walk through the stadium. We got used to it after a day (we stayed 3 nights). Pillows were hard.

The hotel is beautiful I was impressed and wasn't expecting for it to be even nicer than the pictures! The staff was very nice and they made me feel home even if I don't speak Flemish. Especially the lady working on Sunday around 19.00 she was very gentle to show me the fitness wellness area. Breakfast was very good-and rich selection. Staff at the restaurant area was equally good. I definitely recommend!

I loved the wellness in the evening. The view was very nice. I would just improve the wellness in the morning looked a bit simplicistic and less intimate with the strong lights. Maybe good to invest in that.

The rooms were nicer than expected. Clean rooms with spacious bathroom and enough closets to store your clothes and belongings. Breakfast is a little vit on the expensive side but worth it.

The person on the phone wasn’t professional and grumpy. Brushed off, or gave short passive answers on the questions (asked if they got a single double bed instead of a double single bed, got two singles). Long holding time on the phone (even before asking questions) and with checking in due to the fact that not all info was passed down correctly.

location is a little out of town, not a problem but be aware that there aren’t many shops/restaurants etc. around it. room had a view of the scrapyard next door, which was a tiny bit disappointing given all the reviews I’d seen praising the great views of the stadium!

Nice experience to sleep in a football stadium. If you get the chance any match is planned during your stay, you can follow this from your room window. Funny! Restaurant, fitness a lot of useful services! Nice concept event you are a football fan or not.

You have to walk along a lot of stairs and corridors between lobby and rooms . But anyway this is healthy 😀 ! Quite logic in a sport area!

Location.(next to the stadium, shop.) Staff.(kindly, smooth check in out.) Breakfast. Room, Bed.(took good rest.） Car parking.(enough space, clean, brightness.)

On arrival air con was not working so room was very hot at night, seemed to fix itself the following day

Nice hotel with nice staff. Bed was comfortable and there were 2 pillows to choose from. Good breakfast

Bath was bith slippery

I booked at a better rate so from a price quality perspective it definitely exceeded my expectations. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider to come back.
