The hotel has a hip and trendy feel and is just a short distance from the main square in Tournai, with its bell tower and many bars and restaurants. We received a warm welcome here. Our ground floor room ('Disco' - complete with disco balls!) was compact, clean and well equipped. Sleep quality wise, we did get a bit of street noise late in the evening, though not enough to significantly disturb us. Breakfast was very good, with excellent pastries. A big plus for us was being able to park our motorbike in the hotel's courtyard, which was secured overnight, by arrangement.

Nothing really, just slightly noisy in the late evening, but would expect some noise in a town centre location like this.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the centre of the city. We were able to park our motorcycles inside the secure gate, which was a real bonus. The room was large, light and airy. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. We were in Tournai for only one night. We will definitely be returning and would want to stay in this hotel again.

The shower screen in the bathroom leaked badly and flooded the floor. That was the only fault I could highlight.

The location is great and very close to a good secure car park (fort rouge). The room was huge with a good bathroom. It was quiet. Breakfast was nice. The staff were brilliant

The bed wasn’t comfortable for me. It had a mattress topper which was too big and it wasn’t secure. The mattress topper kept slipping off the bed. The room was hot and the heating was controlled by reception.

Lovely hotel, staff couldn't have been friendlier and it was a lovely spacious room, very comfortable and great location for the centre of this lovely overlooked town. The only issue with noise was because there were roadworks going on directly outside my room, which wasn't ideal but not the fault of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was cozy and had a nice ambiance… there was lots of movement to make you feel at home, but then the rooms are quite private and separated. I really appreciated the open coffee/tea and water fountain. It was a small touch that should be everywhere! Also nice location and nice staff.

Thank you for having a room that allowed a dog and for the doggy goody bag which was exceptional. Very good breakfast.

The night access a bit fiddly, couldn’t easily get to car parking area when needed before breakfast due to locked gates.

We loved our stay. The hotel was charming , with generous shared spaces, and quirky decor that was quite endearing The staff couldn’t have been more helpful We really appreciated having free coffee available at all times The room was comfortable but not exceptional The position was great The bike storage was terrific

Location and access options were great. The rooms were brilliantly designed and decorated with loads of room for the family. Son was very happy with the breakfast.

Friendly staff. Big, very clean room. Comfy bed and ability to adjust heating to suit much appreciated. Good breakfast plus all day tea/coffee/hot choc.

Lack of in house chill area/bar. Hotel more a b&b than hotel but that is clear on website.

Breakfast is very good and complete. Personnel is professional and supportive. My room was very clean. Hotel location is next to city center (bars, restaurants, etc.)

Parking was full when arrived so we had to park in the street. I had a room next to main avenue with car noise in the evening. Internet was poor
