Our family room was nice and spacious, we had a balcony with a lovely view on a small pond and also partial view on the lake. Hotel is in a good location to explore the lake. Food in restaurant was good. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Only slight niggle I had was the fact that to book the spa area was €35 per person for two hours. I would expect the spa/swimming pool area to be free for hotel guests or at least cost less than €35. For this reason we didn't use it as for a family of four it would have cost €140.

This is more of a water sports centre than a touring hotel and on arrival we didn't feel it. However, how wrong we were. A very unusual design with rooms seperate from the central facilities. A little bit of a walk with luggage. The room was large with a lovely view over the lake and extremely quiet (particularly considering a large number of young children on site). The restaurant was excellent with high quality food in the eveining and at breakfast.

The bar is only open on Fri/Sat nights outside school holidays.

The general management seemed disjointed. We were stuck at the entrance gate for 15 minutes. No one answering the help button. Rang reception. No one answered. Staff member arriving for work tried to raise reception. She failed. She very kindly got gate open and allowed us to follow through

Good class modern hotel with lakeside views from most rooms .

Finding room was a bit of a maze with several levels and staircases not easy if you have limited mobility . Bistro menus were a bit limited for a property of this calibre and accommodation price

The hotel facilities were very nice and the view from the room was great. The dinner for (which we thankfully made a reservation the day prior) was good.

The breakfast buffet was not as good as the dinner especially the scrambled eggs which seemed like they were from a premed mix and had chunks in them, but the spread of breads, meats, and cheeses was good.

Lovely new building, staff were great. We stayed in a lake view suite which was excellent. Everything you could want was provided, beds super comfy.

Air con didn't appear to do anything useful, there was a political event on when we arrived that we were not made aware of.

Very expensive compared to similar facilities elsewhere. 45€ per person for 2h spa when you pay 264€ for a double room/night is really too much

What a beautiful relaxing location on the lake. We totally enjoyed our time at this stunning resort. The spa is beautiful, I had a facial and it was fabulous! The breakfast was impressive with fresh squeezed orange juice mimosas and made to order omelettes.

This location is out in the country and a little hard to find. Signage could have been better.

you had to pre-book to use the restaurant - although in fairness we were advised to book in advance. However, this was not really a problem as there are plenty of other options nearby and the cooking facilities in the hotel are perfectly adequate to knock up a decent dinner.
