We loved our cabin in well kept grounds. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch watching the birds in the trees. The pool was excellent and the service in the restaurant exceptional.

Wi fi was unreliable in the cabin but fine at the office. Our only real complaint is the noise of trucks braking on the main road, especially on Friday afternoon when we arrived.

The grounds were absolutely gorgeous. I liked that a lot of the forest was still intact and there were beautiful flowers throughout the property. The pool area and restaurant were well maintained and pretty. The staff were the best - they were exceptionally kind and spent a lot of time talking to me and making me feel welcome. They even searched for Toucans and ran over to grab me once they spotted them!

This accommodation was prefect from the friendliness of staff to the amazing food. The cabin was big and we loved that there was a swimming pool but the best part was the quiet location and the birds singing. Amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend.

This place has everything, it was clean, quiet, had a pool and a restaurant right on site. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They really cared about how their guests were taken care of and two thumbs up to the housekeeping staff as well, this place was spotless.

The property was beautiful, well kept, clean and well lit at night. The pool / restaurant area was nice too. It was so nice to have a drink by the pool! The rooms were nice too, very clean and u had hot water for showers.

The beds were pretty hard so I didn't end up sleeping that well. There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee, sugar etc.

The food was very good at a very reasonable price. The cabins were clean and well appointed.

There was no one at registration when I went to check in and I had to go to the bar to ask. The girl at the bar checked me in, I paid and then learned later that they thought I did not pay. Needs better communication and customer service in that area.

I loved the surroundings and the scene. It's very covid-friendly as all of the cabins are spread out into nature. Having a restaurant/bar available was very convenient and allowed less traveling back and forth to the city for food and beverages. The food was quite delicious too. Pool available 24/7 to guests. Also, the customer service was amazing.

My bathroom faucet was leaking from the handle and messed up the sink with water. One of the fan lights wasn't working either. Those are my only 2 complaints. All around would recommend for another stay.

The Inn is outside the city so you really can appreciate the trees, birds and mountains. Staff was really nice, especially Iris who helped us book everything during our stay, from Caracol and cave tubing tours to trasportation.

It's a bit outside the city. You can walk it in about 45 minutes but there's not really other transportation outside of taxies (was pretty cheap taxi ride of $10 bzd) so just have to come prepped!

The location is superb, the garden is and landscaping is fantastic. Great if you want to visit the local Mayan ruins or do birdwatching. The restaurant is excellent too. very good food. Very friendly staff.

The cabins are bit old, but very clean and comfortable.

Staff was very nice and helpful. We had an issue with our trip to Tikal and we couldn't have fixed it without them! Cocktails by the pool are also very good. Nice green grounds and we had a huge room.

Location was ok. Not far from San Ignacio, but need a car for sure.

the property is very beautiful. the rooms are very spacious and clean. wifi also works well throughout the hotel. The staff is super friendly. Iris assisted us in arranging tours and set up dinner reservations in town. the property is a little outside the town.it’s a 35 minutes walk or a 5 USD taxi ride. The hotel can assist you with taxis.
