Excellent location, in the heart of the old town, on the pedestrian zone and with suitable parking. Clean, well kept. Good staff. Breakfast quite ok. Morroccan restaurant available. Spacious, very light and properly heated room.

It is a 4* hotel, but bath tube gets tired. Parking is suitable, but the space is really confined. Bed sheet is not tight, it should be better fixed to the mattress.

The location was excellent - in the middle of the center with a free parking space. The stuff (just ladies!) was very friendly. The suite more than big enough to host us all. And the special price (including breakfast and parking) was really a good deal - for us a better one than to stay in an apartment.

Everything was perfect. The only minus was a little bit noisy generator (aircon?) outside the buildung. But luckily we were tired - and were not disturbed too much

Great location in the Old Town. Free parking at the front of the hotel or underground at the sister and adjacent Europe Hotel. Small, intimate restaurant offering good meals at attractive prices; Fitness centre can be used at the Europe Hotel (lots of equipment but no cycling equipment!!! Helpful and friendly staff

Not easy to find by car, so when you see the Europe Hotel, look past the archaelogical ruins by the side of it and you will see the black glass front of the Hotel Art, or drive around the side and back of the Europe and you will see it. Bathroom was adequate but on the small side and a little dated, but more than adequate.

The location was amazing. The place was clean and Edi at the front desk was so nice. Solid breakfast and big room.

The only two minuses would be that the showers are super small and the water was so hard to adjust in terms of temperature and pressure. Also the parking was insanely tight.

First must say that we stayed at 5* Hotel Europe because Art was closed duo to pandemic reason's and we was transferred there...very happy abaut that :) This was our second time at Hotel Europe, like first time everything was great, staff is very friendly ready to help all the time, breakfast delicious with lots to choose. Free parking is a nice touch, location is perfect right in the middle of town, in the middle of Bascarsija. Wellness included in the room price. Everything in walking distance. Like everything and hope to come back again... Thanks

If i must said something first time we had a nice view from room on Bascarsija, this time was room 625 with city view. But room was very spacious and and like that! Thanks!!

Front desk most helpful ...breakfast staff superb

Garage parking underground is a bit like a maze to get out of and once I ended up in a different hotel ((Europa) which was 200 metres from Hotel Art ..but although a giggle for me, it might faze some people with disabilities

Location, location, location! Staff was very polite. Room was average, everything worked fine. Bed was super comfy. If you need a simple clean room, just to sleep, and you want to spend your vacation outside then it is superb!

Breakfast was super simple, needs more variety.

The location is great, just in the heart of the city. The hotel is quite new, rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is very kind and eager to help. Breakfast is ok, it might need a wider selection of sweets though
