The host was very welcoming, friendly, accommodating, kind and helpful. He could not do enough to help, which I really appreciated. The room was basic but I expected that, however, there are helpful extras like umbrellas, hairdryers, bottled water which I thought was good considering basic, cheap accommodation. The location is the highlight of this place, excellent view over pigeon square, perfect access to the streets, shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Loved my stay in Sarajevo, a beautiful place.

The only thing was that due to there being a smoking area on the stairs of the property, it felt like it came up the stairs and to the rooms a little.

A comfortable and well-equipped hostel in a perfect location. Damir is a kind and attentive host who maintains the place well. It is probably unbeatable in terms of value for money in Sarajevo. I can only recommend it.

If your room overlooks the fountain in the city center, unfortunately, it also comes with the city center's traffic... For those sensitive to noise, earplugs are recommended, as the morning traffic can wake you up early. (I am definitely sensitive to noise, and although I anticipated that the place wouldn't be quiet – I decided to bring earplugs for the view and the location: I still say it was worth it!)

Fantastic location right by the old town, the hosts were very friendly and helpful, and the place itself was very clean. The air con in the rooms is definitely a blessing in the summer! The kitchen facilities were also very handy - there's a small supermarket just around the corner, as well as obviously lots of places to eat out.

It's situated next to a pretty busy road, so it can be a bit noisy when there's traffic. Worth it for the location, just remember to bring some earplugs!

Location was brilliant! Right in the old town next to cafes, restaurants, and shops. Lovely bakery across the road for snacks aswell. Also a tram stop right outside if you need to get to the train station. Great value for money, clean and comfortable rooms. Damir the owner was also lovely and available for any queries or issues.

Only issue we had was a problem with the water supply on our last night, but this was not the hostels fault so not a complaint. They were apologetic and kept us updated with any information they found out and also offered free bottles of water.

Very good straight in the center, great help from the owner, very clean. WiFi was great when it worked. Bed was very good sleept like a baby.

First and foremost, Damir was an excellent host and was super helpful and amazing. Room #6 is their best room with only one with private bathroom and great view. And most important, it literally is across the street from the main central part of the city! When I was super tired, i just walked across the street! There is an amazing super great bakery open from 6am-midnight across the street, the post office is literally down the street. Honestly, you cannot get any better, especially for the price!

Nothing really... I mean, I wish internet was a bit quicker but that's pretty much in most of the Balcans!

Loved it. Damir sends really clear instructions for check in and is super friendly and helpful. The rooms have high ceilings and don't feel small, we had a private bathroom and it was great. The fridge in the room and view on the square was a bonus. When we had a problem, damir went above and beyond to help us. The location is also perfect, right on the square. I worried it would be noisy at night but at 10pm all the traffic just stops.

Nothing, we'd choose to stay again next time we're in sarajevo.

Impeccably clean, very central (but that also implies some nighttime noise from the outside), Damir went out of his way to help me with my special need (namely, being able to work for some hours already after checkout), which was very much appreciated! Perfect for a hostel, I'd stay here anytime again!

Noise outside, but hey - that has to be expected if you want to stay close to the market square! But some of the rooms are facing away from it, so I guess one could request to have one of those.

This is the best location in Sarajevo! If you want to be close to every possible method of transportation and in the heart of the old town then this is the best place for you! The host is super welcoming and a very nice person, he speaks English and will help you with anything you need. The place is very clean, they have a small kitchen where coffee and tea are for free. There’s a supermarket in the building that’s very cheap and doesn’t sell with touristic prices. The picture attached is for the view from the room

Host : the host Damir was so excellent & helpful , being a solo traveller it was a respite to meet a kind guy like him. by going out of way. he helped me with my delayed luggage by contacting airport and doing all co-ordination & collected it on my behalf letting me enjoy my day trips Location : perfectly situated at the beginning of famous market of pigeon square with several cafés around and wonderful stroll to markets , 24*7 open grocery store just below the hostel , funky tour & other tour operators office is just walkable so easy to book tours. Public transportation : very accessible to the public transport to go to the central commercial area , stop is right outside hostel , taxi stand also just right in front of bus stand . Cleanliness & hygiene : hostel was super clean & basic yet perfect amenities . I had room no. 5 which I think is the best room they have with 2 windows overseeing pigeon square & mountains . it had private bathroom but just outside the room ( 2 steps away) and bathroom had a lock & key to ensure privacy. the room has 2 single beds so it is good for a couple /2 ppl too though I was solo. in all very pleasant stay for the moderate rates that they charge .
