Location is great. Room is very clean and comfortable.

Soundproofing could be better.

Room facilities are nice and clean. The indoor shower tub is a big plus as I felt so relaxed bathing in it after a long day of walking around Sarajevo for sightseeing. The staff were even nice enough to leave a hand-written note, as well as some snacks and chocolates. Breakfast is also top notch with hams, freshly fried eggs (over easy and scrambled), and freshly made orange juice. Reception also helped me with a power adapter issue at night by providing a charger. Overall a fantastic stay.

Nice and modern hotel, pretty central, cozy room in the 6th floor with a nice garden view, nice and comfortable furnishing, very nice city view from the terrace right in front of the door in the 6th floor, comfortable bed, very nice bathtub, very good breakfast, pizza delivery directly to the room from a nearby pizza store!

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, although it says so on booking.com! But was no problem to order food from a nearby delivery restaurant... Shower is slippery, double-bed had no kingsize mattress (but only two slim mattresses put together), no Smart-TV...

Very Large and spacious room. Large and spacious room. The room was very well equipped. The hotel is located in a small and quiet street near the center. My room was to the backside of the hotel and very quiet. Good soundproofing inside and outside. Large bathroom with good shower and hood quality towels and even a bidet. Large and very comfortable bed with good quality bedding and various pillows Good lighting. Everything very clean. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast with various types of coffee and freshly squeezed fruit juice in a nice and comfortable breakfast room. Strong WiFi throughout the hotel.

The breakfast was exceptionally good...squeeze your own orange juice, vast choice of hot and cold options. The lady working in there was very pleasant and was forever replenishing. The staff were amazing. We suffered an unfortunate incident whilst in Sarajevo and the staff on reception Marina,and the lovely gentleman let us use the hotel phone for free. They could not have been more helpful and we will always be grateful. The room was fabulous, spacious and comfortable with an amazing bathroom. Great place to stay!!!!!!

This hotel was excellent; it was just a short walk to the pedestrian street. We were given an upgrade, the room was huge and we had a balcony. Breakfast was in the basement and there was a huge variety. The staff at the hotel were excellent and arranged a taxi for us to the airport very early in the morning. We would definitely go back to this hotel

This was an absolutely fantastic hotel and the photos do not do it justice. The room was massive and the bed could have fit 4 people! The bathroom was amazing and the attention to detail was perfect. Breakfast was also very very good. I can’t fault anything the hotel at all - maybe it would be nice if it had a bar. It’s a 20 minute walk to the old town but it’s a straight road and didn’t bother us at all. All in all a wonderful stay 10/10!! If I ever go to Sarajevo ago I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.

Room size including bathroom were first class. Welcome Notes and gifts nice touch. Breakfast choice and presentation was truly fantastic. All staff a credit to the hotel. In short one of the best hotel stays ever.

Perhaps the 20 minute walk into the old town but small price to pay for what was provided.

The hotel was great I will book again

There was a noise from the construction occurring in hotel's parking lot at 8 am. The room was not as sound proof as I was hoping. While construction was organized by the municipality, the hotel could have facilitated with the water company to start the repairs at decent hours.

This is an amazing Hotel. Huge comfortable rooms with a very satisfactory breakfast with quality food not just pre-frozen food. All staff were friendly and happy. Walking distance from the train and bus station and to the Old Town. Shopping centre and restaurants close by. 100% recommend.
