We liked the excellent staff (especially at breakfast), the location, the coffee machine in the room, spacious room and bathroom. We would definitely return and we'd fully recommend this hotel!

It's just a little bit loud. You can easily hear people from nearby rooms, their closing of doors, the traffic (our room was facing the front of the hotel - very nice view, but on a working day early morning traffic). It's not a big deal, but that's the only negative thing I can think of about this nice hotel.

Breakfast was delicious with an excellent facilities.

I wanted to have dinner at the hotel in the dining hall. We were not permitted because the hall was reserved for the Airlines staff. the receptionist guided us to another smaller hall with an attached bar inside. We do not like to stay with an adjacent bar so we found it a bit unpropper. try to manage the guidance of the clients in a way that satisfaction of all clients is a major goal.

A short walk from the centre of Stari Grad, which makes for a quieter stay. The staff was absolutely fabulous and friendly.

Very tight indoor parking with cars parked in the worst places possible, like in corners or right in front of hotel entrance door, totally blocking the wheelchair access ramp. This should not be tolerated by the manager of a Marriott.

really comfortable and clean rooms. The staff was really polite. Food at the restaurant was also replay good. excellent Wi-Fi. nice bar at the rooftop. nice view from the room at the 6th floor.

breakfast was disappointing. There were not a lot of choices ( for example no yoghurt, only one kind of eggs, one kind of pastry ) and the choices were the same for all five days. Coffee was really bad too. Shame, because if it wasn’t for the breakfast it would have been amazing.

The entire stay was delightful - the rooms' cleanliness was excellent, the mattresses and pillows very comfortable and the breakfast delicious and diverse enough not to bore on a long stay. All staff members were extremely professional and helpful in all our requests from transfers to eating out suggestions. A particular thank you to Samira in the bar/breakfast buffet who would brighten our days every morning.

The wifi connection was at times unstable in my room (520, end of corridor in the fifth floor).

Breakfast service was good. The staff was very nice. Also the staff at reception was also very nice especially the ladies. They were always smiling and welcoming.

Breakfast for platinum Marriott Bonvoy member is included and free as perk. But they said that they don't give that perk. So it was a bit strange. But breakfast was only 8€ and it was quite a decent breakfast. So I don't really want to complain about such a small thing.

The staff was very helpful, the hotel is well taken care of, very clean and well maintained The location is central to everythimg in Sarafevo. Walking dostance to the Stari Grad (old town), city center, etc. Amazing stay and would stay here again if I return to Sarajevo!!!

The view and the roof are nice. location is super central, even if not for old town access. Bar staff super nice on roof and downstairs.

Reception staff was unfriendly and unavailable during multiple occasions and observed it also with other check ins.

Everything about this stay was amazing. The staffs were super helpful. Sameera from the restaurant was super sweet. The room was very well equipped with everything you will need. Location was perfect, 15 mins walk from the old town.
