The location was excellent as it was walking distance for the mosques and bazaars. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. The rooms had very good facilities and a beautiful view. We were a group of 14 and everyone was very happy with the rooms. The breakfast selection was small but nice, it had a good selection of food. The reception staff were very nice and accommodating.

The restaurant staff were a bit rude when we initially asked about early breakfast due to fasting, saying they can't do that, however they accommodated us well after that and arranged early food bags for us to collect. It would be nice to have some snacks in the cafe apart from drinks, and there was no room service.

Nestled along the picturesque banks of the River Miljacka in the historic k.u.k. quarter, lies the charming Hotel President. The staff is dedicated and exceptionally hospital, always on hand to assist you and offer invaluable insights into the vibrant city of Sarajevo. With limited parking facilities downtown, a great advantage is a convenient garage, ensuring a hassle-free stay for its guests. There is a great variety of dishes offered for breakfast. The room exuded a sense of spaciousness and airiness whereas the bed offered exceptional comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a hard day's work.

Everything was perfect.

Fantastic location, right in the middle of everything. Our room had a huge terrace with a fantastic view. The bed was comfortable and the room was tastefully decorated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of variety at breakfast.

Climate control in our room was not working during the three nights of our stay, meaning frequent calls to reception to turn on or adjust. Wifi was poor throughout the hotel and barely worked in our room. Room cleaning seems to be on request. No bath slippers (as it says in description). Coffee at breakfast is disappointing. General impression is that they want to do a really good job, but there seem to be challenges.

Very friendly & warm-hearted staff :-), safe underground parking (reservation recommended), perfect location at Baščaršija (old town) where you can find lots of traditional restaurants & "cafeterias" with best Bosnian coffee (bosanska kafa) & delicious sweets as Baklava and many more as well as souvenir shops with great hand-crafted products. Hotel President is only a few walking minutes away from the very touching war exhibition "Gallery 11/07/95" or the War Childhood Museum in case you are prepared for that. Otherwise just enjoy the beauty of Sarajevo which has many places of interest with many stories to tell and the wonderful smell of Ćevapi and bosanka kafa at every corner. :-) We will come back for sure and next time more than 2 days.

The hotel room was stunning with a panoramic view over Sarajevo. Staff were very helpful, and the room was kept clean. The location was perfect too; very central and easy to walk everywhere.

We really enjoyed our stay, so this is just being picky. Although there was a lot of choice for breakfast, it was a little cold. Would like eggs made to order, which would have really improved the breakfast. There was no water proved in the room and sometimes the room was a little cold.

This hotel has a great location right the outskirt of the old town. So it is easily accessable to the main road as well as the old town narrow streets. It is the best hotel in the old town neighborhood. The rooms are clean. Staff are friendly and responsive. Breakfast is 7 - 10 am and mostly an Ok local variety. The food in the old town restaurants makes the hotel food irrelevant to the overwelming food and cultural experience out of tge doorsteps of the hotel.

I am not sure about this, because I've missed to ask, but it seems like there is no room service overnight. I looked around the room for room service menu. I found every single info except overnight menu.

Thinking that I made the right choice for accommodation on this trip, I am happy for myself. Just across the Emperor’s Mosque and 100 meters from the Latin Bridge, Hotel President is located on the banks of the Miljacka river that runs through the middle of the city. Seeing the city view right across from the room is first of all very nice. Being by the river is also very spacious. Since it is at the last stop of the buses coming from the airport, it is at a very good point in terms of transportation. You reach Bascarsija Sebil Square in 3 minutes from the street right next to the hotel, that is, the hotel is directly in the center of the city. Breakfast is included and there is a free cancellation option.

It's just a little too loud in the mornings, I think the sound insulation is a bit weak. This is like waking up for breakfast :) It wasn't too much of a problem, frankly.

Outstanding Personal and Service. Pristine rooms which are clean and always properly kept by the impeccable roomservice in this hotel. All of our requests where taken care of immediatly and professionally by the nice people at the frontdesk. The location of the building is right in the centre of the old town with a beuatiful view of the river and the mosque across it. Big Thanks for the experience to the whole team of Hotel President.

Nice breakfast, we had problems getting the air conditioning to stay on but we should have asked for help. There are mosques nearby and most of the time we didn't wake up, but you may want to have earplugs and a noise machine as the call to prayer did wake us at 4:30 am once, but this is to be expected in Islamic countries. The view from the terrace was amazing and we loved that there was an awning, especially as it rained quite a lot while we were there, but this is unusual...

Amazing location... I can't imagine a better location.

I got the impression that the room would have a nice view... but that wasn't the case. There are several wonderful balconies... and I thought I'd be able to hang out on one of them. But they were private, for much higher-end rooms. Nevertheless, there was nothing dishonest about their advertising... I just thought there would be more. Breakfast was good... but I wish they had some food options during other times of the day. But, not to worry... there are a few hundred restaurants a few minutes away, which is probably why they don't serve food outside of breakfast.
