The room and comfort. Breakfast menu was great. Staff friendliness made it easier.

We were upgraded to a bigger room but unfortunately requested to be moved from the first room because the noise from the club down stairs made it unbearable, the cleanliness was not up to standard and the TV channels were frozen. The second (standard) room was very comfortable, cleanliness met the expectation and there was zero noise. The staff was very friendly during and in providing the second room. The dinner from the recommended hotel restaurant downstairs was a disappointment. The fish was unbearably soggy with oil. The service was excellent though from the waiter serving us but we decided to just 'cut the loss' on the meals. The breakfast menu and meals were great, but the venue was too hot and could use air conditioning instead of the open doors.

Breakfast starts at 6:00, but by 6:20 there is little to nothing ready.

International standards' hotel in the middle of Gaborone CBD. Stayed in their Club wing and the rooms were spacious and well sorted. Seems they have different "wings" with different rooms types. Pool was okay (if too chlorinated) and the gym was useful. Good breakfast.

The hotel is located on top of massa square, which is home to three different bars. At night it is very noisy if your room is located on that side of the building. Even if I was on a 6th floor, I could feel the bass until past midnight on Friday and Saturday.

The embient, the staff at front desk, the restaurant, the breakfast and our room cleaner. The housekeeping was very efficient in replacing light bulb. People in the hotel were all nice in general. Always smiling which make you feel welcome.

The room lights were not bright enough There was no shower. For elder it was difficult to get into bath tab. The bath tab was very slippery and dangerous. It could cause someone falling. It needs urgent solution

This visit was different for me. I broke my leg and came back for the second time in a week to utilise the in-room services. I had the chance to see the housekeeping ladies work. They did a good job given that I had to be in the room the whole time. I had room service for every meal, including breakfast delivery to the room and it was great. My first visit was great too, what set this one apart was my immobility and the hotel is great while immobile too. The staff was helpful, I'd like to thank each and every one of them.

The staff, especially at breakfast, was lovely, very helpful, and fun to be around. They were quite welcoming. Really enjoyed the fact that we didn't have to drive out for dinner and drinks as options like Social are right outside.

When we arrived, to check out and check in, there was only one person at the reception, yet there were a number of guests that needed assistance. The rooftop bar always seemed to be closed.

The breakfast is really great, the room was exceptional and the location is very central. The Masa Square provides a wide selection of restaurants to choose from. The food is really exceptional.

On my first day there were no towels in the room, so on my second day this was not resolved yet and I only realised that after exiting the shower. This was however rectified during the day.

Staff welcoming, friendly and always helpful. Exceptionally clean. All toiletries provided except toothpaste. Also included mini fridge, hair dryer, coffee maker, ironing board etc. Food menu provides a variety of options including local cuisine. Special requests are welcome if not on the menu. I'm lactose and gluten intolerant and I was fully accommodated to meet my health needs. There are two other restaurants on site to provide choice of menu. Free car parking on site for customers. WiFi really good and uninterrupted. Taxi service is arranged by reception staff to ensure your safety and is quite prompt. Car rental service not available at the hotel except at the airport. Currently face masks are required in all businesses and around the country. Businesses reserve the right not to serve you without one. Air Botswana ticket booking office is on site if needed.

No toothpaste unless you ask. If you ask for an iron to use, the hotel will request it back in a short amount of time.

The location is great, walking distance to most places within the centre of the city. The staff are very helpful, especially the food servers. Breakfast was great too, many choices. The rooms are good too.

The only thing was the noise in the evening/early night from the venues around. They should definitely get the windows cleaned too. The bird poop does not do the nice view justice.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Good location. Few complaints at all. Would recommend to others.

May need to look at some shading of the foyer/ lobby; breakfast OK (not always good to rely on an egg cooking service- I'd put out some scrambled eggs).
