The best thing I can say about the stay here was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, available and always willing to provide assistance. As an English speaker, they made it very easy with multiple bi-lingual personnel to have easy conversations and made me feel very welcome!

I was extremely disappointed that the hotel decided to close the rooftop pool, 3 out of the 5 days that we were there. The rooftop pool was one of, if not the main draw to selecting this hotel, especially at the price point. There were many other more economical options that were seemingly as nice, but we chose to stay here because of the rooftop pool and barely had access to it, especially when the weather was not good for the beach. In addition, the location is less than ideal to visit beaches, as all the beaches were at least 20-25 minute drive from the hotel.

We arrived in Florionapolis by plane in the middle of the night. We had selected the hotel because it has 24-hour check-in possibility and because of its location in the centre of the city, but with sea view. We stayed 2 nights, in order to get some rest after a long travel from the Netherlands and to be able to do some shopping. The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms with sea view very nice and spacious enough for a few nights, and with a very nice restaurant. On one side is the seashore, very nice for a walk. On the other side enough shops and other facilities at walking distance. Employees were very client friendly. For our rented car we could use their valet parking. We liked the hotel very much!

one of the best hotels I have stayed very clean smell and clean facility I really appreciate it The staff is amazing and make an effort even when busy…no it’s not cheap, but after so much travel I want a place close to my own standard at home

Minor things I didn’t really like The floor in room needed minor clean if I want to walk barefoot which I did after cleaning and I never walk in hotel rooms without socks slipper etc another minor issue was one towel had a stain that the wash couldn’t remove both very minor

10 10 10 10!!!! I strictly live out of hotels and Airbnbs. This is by far the best sevice experience I have ever had. I have stayed for weeks in the Beverly Hills Hotel and Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles. Hotels in Dubai, Paris, NYC, Thailand, Japan, etc. and nothing beats the kindness, helpfulness and welcoming of the staff at this hotel. I met the owner and told him the same.

That they are not global yet - yet))) this needs to be in every city!

A very modern an functional and well designed property with a devoted staff all around from the check in to the check out including the valet service.

Everything was best except only flimsy paper napkins for Dinner instead linen napkins that is required on a Five star Property. You feel degraded because the food is so good and well presented. It’s a shame not giving a 120% rate.

Very nice and comfortable room, pleasant view. Great kitchen with exceptional restaurant stuff.

Cleaning was not always good. They didn’t renew room supplies and minibar consistently. Once cleaning just forgot to clean the bathroom. And nobody even said sorry for that. This fact leads us to the second problem of this hotel - desc stuff is not very hospitable and nice.

Friendly staff, very clean hotel and room, spacious and beautiful lobby and receptions area, excellent car valet service. Staff were friendly especially at reception and housekeeping.

Things in the room - water temperature in the shower was changing by itself; could hear noise from other rooms; food at dinner was badly prepared (microwaved); service staff did not speak any English; Worst part was that we asked for a higher floor but only got a 2nd floor and were told there are repairs on higher floors but there were other guests, and we stayed for 8 days.

All the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly. Some of the staff knew our names and food preferences by the end of our stay which was a very nice touch. They catered for one of us being Vegan really well with changes in the menu at the restaurant for dinner and at breakfast.

two things honestly I didn’t like first when using the pool we didn’t get towels stayed around one hour and towels never arrived second after checkout and when our taxi arrived there was no one available to help us with the bags so we had to go and bring them to the car, other than that everything was good

Everything - new, clean, excellent restaurant, very nice room, terrific location (unobstructed view of ocean, restaurants within walking distance, safest city of more than 500,000 population in all of Brazil, staff well trained and interested in my satisfaction with the hotel

I only stayed one night - I’m coming back with my wife
