This is my second time at this hotel, both because the location can't be beat and because the hotel is quiet, clean, and full of kind and helpful staff. Internet works without any issues, and the bed was comfortable.

I was a little bit disappointed to find that not all rooms come with a drying rack for swimwear (for example), but it's something I will verify the next time I come. Secondly, the gym should be allowed to open just a little bit earlier for us early risers!

Good location in Beira Mar, I had a large room with Balcony and sea view. The breakfast was very good and I had also dinner in the restaurant which was pleasant surprise. In fact the restaurant in the Hotel was better than the restaurants on the beach. The service was also very good.

Water pressure in the bathroom was not strong, the rooms look a bit old and could use a little refurbishment

Fantastic place! They gave me a fantastic room, 1603, with a fabulous view, a great balcony… spacious and very very comfortable. Friendly English-speaking staff at reception. Great breakfast. Unbeatable location, looking down the length of Meireles Beach.

The location was exceellent. The breakfast was one of the best I have had at a hotel. The rooms were extremely spacious--we were in a superior room. And the value was unbeatable.

The service could have been better. We had a problem in that our safe would not work. We inquired twice with the front desk and it was never resolved. Although we stayed several days we did not ask again and we never heard from staff. That is not five star or even three star service.

Great friendly and helpful staff! Great location, room, bed, shower, excellent. Nice breakfast.

No chairs, small table on the balcony? More a baby pool, small, less then 3 ft deep. No towels by the pool?

Sometimes there is no taxi and the hotel does not have a larger taxi pool to call and I had to depend on uber

Most of the staff was great, especially the reception. Lavish breakfast.

Food in the restaurant is average, service as well (no one once approached to ask if the food was good, and we ate several times). Pool very small and gym more than humble.

Clean facilities Excellent breakfast with tapiocas and omelettes, fruits and regional dishes. Warm and friendly staff. Great location and view.

Car access to main entrance is limited.
