Many hotels in Brazil claim to be 4 or 5 stars but fail to deliver on service. Gran Marquise succeeds where they fail, delivering high quality service from check-in to checkout and may well deserve a 5 star rating. Friendly service, free and plentiful amenities like water bottles, and staff that seem eager to help at every step life Gran Marquis to a higher level.

Breakfast was good, but the area where the food is kept is a little small. The rooms are amazing, fantastic big beds, great shower with fabulous water pressure. Best of all was Vinnie from reception, he was super helpful and very nice!

The hotel ha hottub and it was good. They have good restaurant good bar in the lobby. .
I stayed jn tripple room and they charged the value of hottub. Normally is written on the booking, if you choose gran room, you do not need to pay for hottub and sauna. And there is no option for triple room for Gran type. In addition they are charging daily money for carpark.

We've been here before as I am from Fortaleza. Our wedding was also there 5 years ago. We absolutely loved our experience so there was no doubt we would be staying a whole weekend. Totally recomend the gran spa.
