The staff was very helpful and supportive. In particular, Rafael helped resolve an issue with the AC and provided invaluable advice about visiting Iguaçu Falls. My room was very comfortable and the breakfast had many options.

When I booked this, I thought there was only one bus station in Foz do Iguaçu. After I booked, I realized that the urban bus terminal is the one I wanted. It's not the hotel's fault, but hopefully, others can avoid my mistake. If you take an international bus or a bus from another city this is a convenient hotel. If you are taking the bus from IGU, you should look for a hotel near the urban bus station instead.

The hotel is right across the street from the bus station, so it was very convenient for me. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the shower pressure was perfect. The staff is friendly, the night supervisor was especially helpful in helping me get to the waterfalls and how to get to the Argentinian side as well. Most of the staff speaks Spanish, so communication was easy.

It's a bit far from the city center and the restaurant was closed, but they help you order food if needed.

Spacious room with comfy beds. Large bathroom and good shower. Free breakfast buffet had good variety. Located directly next to international bus station.

Have to get taxi/bus into town but you are located next to major bus station.

fantastic location right beside international bus station. (Also make sure to go to restaurant on the other side of the taxi station for rice and beans etc.: 10/10)

quite noisy with buses and announcements etc as well as some noise within hotel (showers, toilets etc.) but earplugs solved this perfectly.

Amazing staff, front reception during day and night. The people speak English which was very helpful. Antonio in the morning from across receipting (Luz Tours) was very kind and incredible who got us kickstarted and gave valuable information about things to do in Foz do Iguacu. Highly recommend!

I already arrived at 09.30 AM and I was really, really tired after my flight and nog sleeping that much. Fortunately my room was already ready and checking in was no problem! 😁
