Big brand new hotel in the nicest high rise building in town. Biiiig rooms with comfy bed and good seating areas and good aircon. Nice swimming pool and gym area, even in the winter (at least if you are Scandinavian). Excellent huge and hygienic breakfast buffet. The hotel is strategically placed close to the bus terminal, where you can catch busses to Iguazu Falls in Brazil, Iguazu Falls in Argentina, and busses or taxis or walk to Ciudad del Este in Paraguay. I can highly recommend this place.

everything but specially the massage, the morning breakfast, the pool, the see-through elevator, the staff, the facilities, the location, the cleanness, the spacious room. They recommended a taxi driver (Vilson) and he was THE BEST! If you go, get Vilson to drive you around. Gracias por todo!

The staff were very friendly, especially in the bar. Vinny on the tour desk was very informative with queries I had about visiting the falls. Booked through him for Brazilian side and it worked out cheaper than if I had booked online. Pool is nice and clean with great sunshine in the evening. Food was good in the bar. Breakfast was delicious with an abundance of choice. First morning there, there was a violinist playing throughout breakfast. An amazing way to start a day.

Rooms are a tad dated but it was clean and for how much time you actually spend in it, it's totally fine.

The room, common areas, breakfast and the reception staff were great, location was good too.

It wasn't cleaned daily even when the sign asking for cleaning was hung on the door and when the ladies finally showed up for cleaning it was alwy very late (around 5pm) which was the time we were arriving from our activities outside and wanting to rest. When we asked to change the towels we weren't given a complete set. Another thing that could be improved is that there aren't many breakfast options for gluten intolerant or allergic people. The only gluten free thing I found was "pão de queijo" and fruit, I think that there could at least have been a bigger selection of fruit (no mango, pineapple, peach, grapes...).

Room is with a lot of space, however it was not cleaned properly when we arrived and generaly in bad shape. Good breakfast. Good location - enough close to the center and pubs and restaurants.

Our rooms on floor 10 required renovation and had small windows. We wanted to extend our stay by one day, but staff guy was visibly in bad mood and refused extention, claiming the hotel is 100% occupied. We chacked on booking.com and there were lots of rooms on offer, so we asked another person in the morning and got extention. However the situation deleyed our booking of the flight by one day, and this costed us a lot ...

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. They got out of their way to get me a make up artist last minute super early in the morning!

I missed having an iron! Ironing board in the room. Saying that, they offer pressing services at a very reasonable price. Also, as I was traveling with a 7 year old, she was a little bored at times, as there was only the swimming pool to amuse her

this hotel was truly spectacular and was everything we wished for :) the suite was spacious, including a living area off the bedroom and air cons in both! the breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff working there were very welcoming! the pool and gym were lovely facilities and it felt very relaxed. the outdoor lift was a special added bonus!

Staff was great. Location was good for not being isolated. Price was really good for a mini suite with kitchen facilities. Nothing fancy but suited my needs. Walk--in shower and spacious bathroom were nice. Breakfast buffet was quite varied and palatable though not a big selection of primary items.

BEd has a big hump n the middle where two beds are joined. Couch has similar hump Only one English channel on TV. Shower head needed to be replaced as well as cracked sink.

Everyone's service was excellent. Everyone was very courteous and helpful at all times. Room space for a family of 4 was very good.

Breakfast was replenished very slowly. We often ran out of products like juice, eggs, cold cuts and others. As I have dietary restrictions (I am celiac) these few options that I could consume were often lacking. The daily cleaning of the room was of poor quality. Sometimes it didn't even look like someone had cleaned it.

Location is not the greatest, slightly sketchy area if you turn left out of the hotel. Main centro area is around 1.5km to the right
